Great company!

I had my account for many years (decades) with Very but not used very often. I spotted they had a good price for a well known smartphone so purchased it. Excellent service from start to finish, security checks were made as my account was unused for so long, quick delivery, all good. I’ve closed my account now but would not hesitate to recommend.

Good price but slight hiccup

Good price. Didn’t get order confirmation email and had to phone customer service and answer some security questions before order processed as it was my first order.Would have been better if they had emailed asking me to contact them.

Prompt delivery

First time of ordering from this company and I have to say that they were very prompt in sending my order out and in keeping me informed as to when my new iPhone would be arriving. Their pricing was also on a par with Amazon. I will most certainly be including this company when I am browsing the web for a purchase.

Convenient delivery and good offers

I often use very.com, I like the convenience of click and collect as I work full time and do various shifts so I don't have to wait in. They also send me offers occasionally, like this time was 20% off my next order, so I saved £40 on a £200 order. And the convenience of paying interest free over 3,6,9 or even 12 months depending on your spend is great.

4 in 1 ladders

From ordering my ladders,being just 1 day,wrey quick service seeing they were supposed to be 10 days.

Could do better.

Three parcels over two days, with two returns labels. I found it difficult to distinguish the items using the description and bar-code. The item numbers are very similar and in small print. The descriptions are vague eg: the dresses I ordered were described as black short sleeve maxi, but they were different styles, one was orange flowers, one blue flowers and the other multi, the similarity was the black background. There is also no pricing on the invoice or the items so if you want to think about value you're stumped.

Great catalogue …

It's very easy to place an order it tells you when your delivery will come and different payment offers. Even pay now or monthly and even buy now pay later great catalogue company. I've never had a problem with Very and highly recommend them.

Great company

Great company to use, clothing is of excellent quality and good prices. This is my go to place for wide leg trousers, tops and lounge wear inparticular as their sizing is great. Delivery is convenient and usually very quick. I love shopping with Very.

I was contacted by Very today as my…

I was contacted by Very today as my identity had been stolen and someone committed fraud on my account. The person I spoke to was excellent, very helpful and reassuring which was exactly what was needed in this situation. It was refreshing to see such a proactive and professional resolution. Highest praise for having robust processes in place with the customers best interests in mind. This could have been a very different situation and it’s good to know customers are in safe hands.

Ordered the wrong one first. But was easy enough to cancel and order the correct one.

absolutely mortified …

absolutely mortified was told a blantent lie by very for me to tell the thats funny because you had a picture of the collection on your system then tried to reverse the lie yodel never took my parcel.back to very he kept it for 5 days and then redelivered the faulty parcel back to me.. total waste of my time

Useless customer service

Useless customer service. Awaiting delivery of washing machine but it hasn't been delivered and they cannot track to see where it is. Company that is delivering is closed and no help as no call to explain delay. Will not use Very again after this experience.

Very is a very good option.

Made my first order last night by 7pm and the parcel arrived today by2 pm. The parcel came into a perfect condition and the products are 100% authentic. I would recommend Very for sure.

Delivery !!!

Waited in all day for delivery got told between 545 to 745 cancelled my plans for the delivery. Got a phone call at 645 sating driver ran out of hours and will deliver Monday. Advised the lady that is not convenient as I won't be able to sign for it unless my neighbour could sign for it. The lady said rudely no it has to be household member we will deliver Monday and say no one at property and return it. Again I said that not convenient she said nothing she can do. Hopefully very will be able to sort this out as this is terrible service. There is a reason why I selected Saturday delivery !!!!!

Love the customer service!

I didnt get my first discount when i placed my original order but i should of just called up! The same nearly happened but i rang up and they sorged everything in a calm and competent manner with no fuss at all! Def will use again in future😊

Ordered a Samsung soundbar

Ordered a Samsung soundbar, advised delivery would be Friday ( ordered on the monday) when my parcel was delivered.. it was a garden trolley.. contacted very they accepted the wrong item was despatched and said if I ordered the soundbar again.. they would remove the next day delivery charge and I would have it definitely on the Saturday. It got to 3.00pm on the Saturday nothing..phoned very again.. they assured me it was despatched on the Friday and would again definitely be there on the day..guess what.. no soundbar.. yodel have no information.. site only showing the soundbar is still with seller.. so not only gailed on two separately days.. but obviously blatantly lied to..I will clear my account then close it... absolutely disgraceful way to run a business
