Wasn’t too sure about ordering - always wary of new online sites however from reading TrustPilot reviews of other peoples experiences I decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. The box was banged up on arrival but it’s not really an issue if you don’t care about it. Prices are lower than high street and other websites. Limited options but what’s available was suitable for what I was looking for. Will likely be ordering again.

I ordered a 3 pair pack of men’s French Connection cargo shorts which were much cheaper than any other retailer including supermarkets that I’d compared. They arrived quickly and they are good quality. Very pleased with purchase.

Delivered to Spain! Great service, I was quite surprised to see they deliver to Spain, many companies have stopped this service since Brexit. So we were able to take advantage of the discounted goods. The charge for delivery was £12.99 I think it arrived in 6 days good communication of progress throughout.
So, thanks we will be buying more soon,!

Always a great service from M and M direct. The order was processed swiftly and even with regular delivery arrived in timely fashion. I do wish you'd offer Royal Mail for delivery as Evri didn't even knock, the parcel was left on doorstep. That aside all items well packaged, great value and good fit size wise. Have used you for years and will continue to do so.

I've never had an issue with MandM Direct. However, I wish they would stop using Evri for deliveries. Evri / Hermies are the worst delivery service. Countless times my delivery has just been left on the steps or at the wrong house.

Every time I have bought something from here I have found it very easy deliveries are always punctual and the merchandise is top quality. My first port of call if I need any new clothing.

Item was sat in Evri depotfor 5 days.
After contacting M&M customer service, which wasn't easy I may add, the said they'd contact Evri.
A few days later I looked at Evri app and saw a comment saying there was an issue,contact sender which I tried to do.
Recieved email from M&M informing me refund was pending.
Second time there's been an issue with Evri handling M&M parcels and it's making me rethink future purchases.

I have been using this company for a while now and I love it. Not only can you get some brilliant bargains from some well known brands, the customer service and all the after sales processes are seamless. I tell everyone to come here and they all come back multiple times.

Ordered 3 different french connection blazers to try. First time ordering from this company and really impressed with the prices and speed of regular delivery option, goods arrived within two days. Would definitely use again in future.

Website is a nightmare to use, I can’t get sizes, or brands to open fully and for any length of time.
Prices are competitive for top brand goods.
Constant bombardment with emails is a little irritating.
On the whole it’s a worthwhile company to deal withgodd

I always check MandM website when I'm looking for sunglasses/trainers/sports gear, etc. They supply the best, for the least prices, their delivery is marvellous.
Returns are super easy too.

The trainers were delivered speedily, unfortunately a different colour to the items advertised. I had paid for a delivery charge, you then wanted me to pay for the return of the item, I didn’t think that was fair? It took a while but in the end I received a fre return.

Superfast delivery, good quality products. First time I have purchased from MandM and wasn't too sure what to expect but really happy with the products and service. Only took two days to arrive as well. Just ordered some more clothes. Good value too. Really pleased, so thank you :)

I've used mandm for years, mainly for the kids sports gear. Great for bargains. The only reason I never give mandm 5 stars is their continued insistence to use Evri (formally Hermes) as their delivery partner, they are shambolic.

Some nice selection of clothes nice low prices can’t go wrong delivery was great got myself a Lyle & Scott joggers looks fantastic me brothers loved it cheers.
