Just received my Tamron 18-300mm zoom lens for Fuji mount from E-Infinity. Very pleased with item, service and price. May take a little longer delivery than Amazon or UK store but considering the price difference it’s well worth it. Well done E-Infinity.

I bought a Nikon z8 from this company as my usual ‘go to’ didn’t have them in stock - I read all the reviews and gave them a go as someone had recommended them and there were a lot of positive reviews.
I waited anxiously for almost a week after placing the order and being sent the pics of it wrapped and ready to dispatch, before I was sent the tracking info, but I knew it would take this long from reading reviews on here so tried not to panic!
Camera and lens mount arrived a week after ordering… well packaged and delivered by DPD. Can’t fault the service, obviously haven’t had to use customer service for a problem so can’t comment on that! Fingers crossed i won’t need them!
A thousand pound cheaper than anywhere else on the web - would definitely use again and would recommend to friends!

I genuinely believe all their positive reviews are fake,I think they built this site to take peoples money and spend time building false positive reviews online. I knew something was off when they sent me an email confirming" if the camera will be suitable for my use because its in english" they sent me this same email 2 more times. It's some kind of automated email and the customer service have not responded. I spent about 700 euro. After 15 days bank said I can ring them to possibly get a charge back of my money and hopefully I do, at the very least they wasted over 2 weeks of my time. And hopefully I do get this money back. DO NOT BUY THEY ARE FRAUDULENT SITE AND ARE BASED IN HONG KONG.

Don't buy anything from them, I've been arguing with them for half a year, I sent the lens after 3 months having problems with the diaphragm, they promise that the repair takes 4-12 weeks, 5 months have passed, I have neither the lens nor the money, the most unreliable company, I'm left without 800€. Nikon z 24mm f1.8. First time I send it to Austria in Nikon representation to find out that the product series are fake pity I can not attach pictures and all the hundreds of email-luri that I sent them that they reply me that they have to speak internally after 5 months, do not buy better give 2-300€ extra but have peace of mind, it the worst choice I ever made I am left and without lens and money given.

I have followed the site for many years. I've always wondered why the prices are so much lower than elsewhere. The first thing you think of is fraud. Well, 14 days ago I decided to test buy the first thing (tele-converter). After that, I ordered a camera and a lens for 3K euros. It came very quickly (Lens in 3 days, camera in 9 days), the differences in days are due to weekends and holidays. The orders were from Slovenia. I can only recommend this great site

Scammers and robbers.
I ordered a camera and cancelled it within 24 hours after realizing this is a grey company and will not uphold any warranty after purchasing.
I ordered it on the 4th of April and cancelled order on the 5th.
After which the company denied me having even placed the order.
The money had already been paid to e-infin so I opened a dispute against this payment with my bank.
Then e-infin emails me saying we have your refund ready but you will have to close the dispute with your bank to receive the refund. And even sent me a screenshot shot with all my bank details proving they have my bank details because they had received the payment. So silly me closed the dispute not realizing these scammers at e-infin were setting me up to steal my money. The following day after closing the dispute e-infin emails saying sorry mate we don't have your refund money anymore. I sent them every proof possible even a digital receipt in the form of ARN number from my bank The Merchant ID which was E-Infin them selves.
Now it has been 40 days and I email them daily but now they are ignoring my messages for the past 7/8 days.
They are only interested in ripping people off and robbing them.
Please don't fall for the cheaper prices this company will rob you blind and won't even have any remorse. Spend an extra few quid and buy from UK based company don't get robbed like I did

Excellent packaging, and no fuss. Oh, and very good prices in general (it's quite rare to find better prices than them).
It took almost a week to send the camera lens I ordered, else I would give five stars.
Budget at least two weeks before the stuff "in stock" gets delivered to your door. If you have urgent needs for equipment, better order earlier than usual. For stuff not "in stock", I would contact them before ordering, to avoid any surprises.

Item arrived in 10 days and in good condition. Customer service was quite helpful, tracking can take a few days to update which can feel nerve wracking but seems perfectly normal, it's just the logistics of the item coming from overseas to their UK wearhouses (before shipping on).
Customer service isn't UK time, so found it best to email at 5AM UK time. (GMT). For the price I'm pretty chuffed.

I was a bit hesitant about buying from E-Infinity at first. The camera I bought was quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere. Yes, it’s a grey import, but most products are essentially - just depends where you buy them. I did my research, read the reviews and I bought the camera via PayPal - they have stopped using PayPal in the U.K., which I know increases the risk factor, but I would just use a credit card in future for a bit of insurance. But, the communication was great and I received my order in a week by Royal Mail. I would definitely use again for any “big” purchases. Camera is great also! The issue seems to be if there are any issues with the products.

The CS-team of E-infinity is very helpfull. We had some problems with the new Camera Canon Eos R6 II after 8 months. We managed to repair the camera with the help of a local facility. The repaircosts of the camera are totally repaid by E-infinity. And the mailing was gentle and helpfull. Thanks E-infinity!

This is a five stars honest store. I used to buy camera products mostly from Best Buy or B&H, but later, due to good prices, I tried this online store and the result was very satisfying. Not only were the products just as described, brand new and flawless, but the speed of mail delivery was many times better than domestic phone services. Over these years of shopping experience, e infinite has become my first choice. I can always expect to quickly receive the desired equipment at a reasonable price, which is a very pleasant experience.

Delivery as promised, because of the Chinese NY seemed to be a delay, but there wasn't (exactly 14 days, they promised 7-14 days. CS Responded always very quickly and not a chatbot, but valuable answers (I've asked about delivery time). Product is as advertised, genuine Nikon lens, nicely packed. One more: they've sent a photo about the package, but it was unable to being tracked. When I received a proper tracking number, the parcel was almost delivered.

Bought a new camera and it arrived safely and by the looks of it everything works. The communication was great in my experience, even though, I needed to remind them that five days had past and if my order is processed. They respond quite quickly. The only downside is the processing takes time + until the shipment arrives. It took me like 3 weeks, but it is worth the wait. Also depends on where you live, if you live in UK, it probably takes 1 and a half week to arrive. I'd say this is a legitimate place.

My lens never arrived due to a Royal Mail fault. E-enfin had nothing to do with it but I would like to thank their customer support because they solved the problem as quickly as they could and swiftly.
I cannot rate the product but I’m rating their customer support 5/5.
