The bbq I bought from “buy it direct” was fine it’s just some of the screws were cross threaded, so I needed 4 extra ones to finish the build.
I contacted them via the eBay app and within 15 minutes they had responded to me showing professionalism and respect.
The issue was sorted out the same day so I’m very pleased with my dealings with this company.

Ordered freezer, paid, delivered on time. Driver put freezer in garage, l removed packaging, checked for any damage . Plugged in to mains, checked for operation and cooling.
No problems. Would order again.

It is easy to give five stars when the system operates as it is intended but the real test is how organisations recover when a problem occurs. My air conditioner arrived with a damaged base. I emailed and received a prompt response asking for photos. Once sent the company arranged a return pickup and the new item arrived in less than 24 hours. The company worked hard to gain these five stars but they are well deserved.

Straight forward purchase with a choice of date for delivery, super convenient and delivered as expected on time, they used DPD for courier service which always assures me, because DPD have a caring attitude toward customers. Product appears great and works although not used fully at the time of writing this review.

Website & online ordering process were straightforward.
Had the product I wanted in stock.
Setting up the delivery for a preferred date was also simple.
Shame that delivery charges are so high though.
As promised, I received a reminder of my date & time.
And also a phone call from the delivery staff a short time before their arrival.
A four hour delivery window was advised & it arrived on time as expected.
The two staff on the van were personable, polite & efficient.
Duly careful with my ordered item, respectful of my home & property - eg asked if ok to wear their boots through the house, came in to the property first to check the route was clear, & double checked there was no residual water left in the back of the old appliance before moving it out through our home.
I was impressed with how the two of them worked together to undertake the manual handling tasks involved .

The customer service team where friendly and helpful! The reason I've given only 3 stars is when our new range cooker arrived the hob at the back was bent. I'm not sure whether it was damaged on delivery or damaged where it had been stored.

Their warranty isnt worth the paper its written on
Bought an item from them for 500 quid 8 months ago "Excellent, Like New" . The item has developed a fault 8 months later.
The product page clearly states:
"Warranty
Enjoy the peace of mind that your product is covered with a guarantee on both parts and labour for 12 months"
But when you actually have an issue, they say the warranty is actually only 6 months so get it repaired at your own cost. That cost is over 300 quid...
They simply cannot be trusted
Use them at your own risk.

Product exceeded expectations. Exactly as described and appears brand new despite being a grade A refurb.
Product is slightly slow to turn on considering SSD but this is the only point of contention. Well priced, good packaging and excellent care taken on refurb.

I bought a new Phone from these guys and I was very happy with the service. The price was spot on and the after care was very helpful. It came before the day I booked which was a good thing but I had to change my diary around. Not their fault I must say.

Excellent customer service, communication regarding delivery was great, the cooker was delivered a day earlier than estimated which i was very grateful of. The cooker is veryvgood value for money. Delivery men were professional, polite and helpful.
The only thing I can add is, personally I would of liked another rack in the fan oven, there was only one. I went back to order an extra one but only available in August. Overall though, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Appliance Direct. Thank you.

In explaining that I was replacing existing one no attempt was made to clarify if it was integrated. The delivery driver says this happens all the time but they can’t do anything and seems complicated to get a refund and now I am out of pocket 120 pounds
