Great experience purchasing headphones
I was looking to purchase a pair of headphones (HiFiMAN Sundara), and the staff member offered to let me try a demo pair. They did not push me to purchase at all even after this demo.
They weren’t in stock and so were delivered to the store, and that took from Saturday to Tuesday, but the Monday was a bank holiday and this was faster than what the staff members in the store told me.
A day after purchase, I noticed scan.co.uk had the same headphones for £240 instead of £300, but Richer Sounds offered a price beat which brought the price down to £235 and I received the refund with no hassle and within a couple of days after filling out the online form and giving a staff member at the store my credit card details for the refund.
Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and seemed enthusiastic both about audio equipment and ensuring the customer has a good experience and I would definitely consider using them for anything I need which they sell.
