First class service

I ordered itemsfor my holiday. I paid for next day delivery. When the order wasn’t processed, I knew I might missed out.The advisor explained, that their systems had a computer glitch. She cancelled the original order and reordered the order.she had also refunded the next day delivery, and put the new order on a Saturday delivery. With going on the Tuesday morning giving me enough time to try on my clothes, and do return items. I have been shopping with very since the nineties, and always find them very helpful.

I kept receiving text messages telling…

I kept receiving text messages telling me that i need to make a payment, even though within 2 weeks i had been pannicked into making 3 payments to my account already. Trying to contact Very is a nightmare. When you can finally get through to a human, they're not in a uk call centre, so communication is always a problem. Needless to say, when my account is cleared i will delightfully close my account and never use them again.

Great service

Ordered a laptop for my grandson. It came 8 days quicker than expected. Packaged incredibly well. Plain grey outside packaging. No one would ever know what was in it. Brilliant. He is now happily uploading apps and playing Sound Cloud. Every step from order to delivery was great

Sent order that was cancelled straight after

I placed a order , realising minutes after I'd not entered the discount code , so I cancelled straightaway . Despite this and it saying 'processing cancellation ' , they still sent one of the 2 of the items meaning I then had to send items back .

Other than that dispatch is quick and no other issues .

First order placed

First order placed - excellent experience so will be the first now of many I hope.

Ordered late Friday afternoon before the upcoming May Bank Holiday & was a large item (bike) but delivered safely via the excellent Yodel first thing on the following Thursday morning so excellent service all round.

Smooth as a hot knife through butter in getting a new account setup with an instant decision provided on credit limit.

Overall experience = 10/10 - excellent!

Bad Delivery experience

Delivery people extremely reluctant to help. I asked them to put items in the room of my choice as stipulated on my confirmation email and they were really not happy about it.

Absolutely atrocious unprofessional conduct

Sent an order on my account, paid for it in full in a single transaction and paid for next day delivery. Checked my account the next day to see a delivery time only to see that the order had been cancelled. Phoned Very to be told that my order had been cancelled because I hadn’t used my account in over a year and they were concerned about fraudulent activity. So I’m now £40 out of pocket, no email to say the order had been cancelled and no item. Angry doesn’t even begin to describe how I’m feeling. Fraudulent, unprofessional behaviour on their part in every way.

I was very disappointed that the…

I was very disappointed that the trousers I ordered were out of stock - email received after placing order. I paid extra for delivery as the Apple Ear buds had to be delivered separately. My order was over £100 - surely this charge should be wavered?? I am now having to return top as it’s no good without trousers

The advisor I spoke to was called Lucy

The advisor I spoke to was called Lucy! She changed my WHOLE very experience for the better! I had spoken to two people before her one called candice and the other nana, they were not helpful the promised to do a number of things that they didn’t do they were miserable very angry like someone upset their day. When I spoke to Lucy she was willing to help, she explained everything to a first time customer and made me feel a lot better about everything. She did not once complain she just explained and continue to no matter how many times I asked for clarity a lot more people should be like her and to make it better the thing that nana promised to do and told me required a number of things before doing, she did in a matter of minutes and allowed me to log into my account to confirm. She definitely knows her job. Is aware of her role and is willing to go above and beyond to help

We had a faulty Hisense fridge freezer

We had a faulty Hisense fridge freezer. Engineer came twice and tried to fix it. They sent two fridge doors which then sat in my garage for 4 months waiting to be picked up. Manufacturer passed it on to Very, offering a replacement voucher, Very in return pointed it to the manufacturer. Went on for months so no date below
