  Is there free delivery at Currys?

  There are lots of delivery options available at Currys PC World depending on your location and what you're ordering.

  Standard delivery for small items is free and will set you back only £4 if you need your new goodies next day. Delivery is also free for large items such as TVs over 40" and laundry and kitchen appliances Sunday to Friday. Choosing a time slot will cost you from £20 and Saturday delivery only £5.

  Will Currys take away my old appliance?

  It’s a hassle getting rid of large appliances so when you get your new one delivered by Currys PC World they can do this for you and get it recycled safely. Items like washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, cookers, hobs, TVs and more can be taken away provided it’s disconnected - sometimes a Gas Safe engineer will be needed - and you’re willing to pay from £15 for the privilege. Smaller appliances like kettles and vacuum cleaners can be taken away and recycled for free if there’s room, just ask your Currys PC World delivery driver.

  Can I get next day delivery at Currys?

  Yes! You can select next day delivery when shopping at Currys, seven days a week. For an all-day delivery slot which would see your product arriving between 8am and 5pm, it costs £5. Alternatively, if you’d prefer a midday to 5pm time slot, this is £10. Whichever you choose, don’t forget to order by 9pm the night before.

  Do Currys offer free returns?

  You have 21 days to return any unwanted products that are unopened and still in their original packaging.

  You can return for free either to a Currys PC World store or arrange free collection by phone or email.

  Is there a Currys student discount?

  Currys PC World don't currently offer a year-round student discount.

  However, throughout the year they will offer periods of student discount of up to 20%!

  These will normally start around the beginning of term times, and at other times throughout the academic calendar.

  How often do Currys sales occur?

  Our stats show that Currys have some sort of sale running for more than 60% of the year! The best Currys sale tends to be held around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and throughout the run-up to Christmas. However, if there isn't a sale running, you could still save money with a Currys promo code.

  Do Currys offer NHS discount?

  Will Currys install my new appliance?

  For an extra fee (which varies depending on the product), Currys PC World can install your new product when it's delivered. They'll also remove all of the packaging, disconnect your old appliance and take it away for recycling too.

  The installation service is available on laundry appliances, dishwashers, ovens and cooking, fridge freezers, integrated laundry and dishwashers and TVs.

  Do Currys buy old laptops, tablets and phones?

  With Currys PC World's Trade-In scheme, you can trade in laptops, tablets and even mobile phones with Currys sister brand Carphone Warehouse.

  You'll need to get an estimate using the on-site calculator before you can proceed - only laptops can be traded in online, so you'll have to take other items in-store.

  Once your trade-in is complete, you'll  receive a Currys PC World gift card to spend as you like.

  How do I check my Currys gift card balance?

  You can check your balance by heading to the gift card section on the Currys site and enter your 19 digit gift card number and security code.

  The balance will expire after 2 years of non-use. Remember to always check VoucherCodes to see if you can save money on purchases both in-store and online!
