This wine has been created for you by Jean-Claude Mas, winemaker and owner of Domaines Paul Mas. It is dark and inviting, with flavours of vanilla-infused liquorice, wild fruit and spice. Immediately supple, there is just enough bite to the spice and tannins to hold the ripe fruit. The length is good, and will improve with 2-3 years of careful ageing.
