Worst company ever

Worst company ever.
1. No network coverage at all.
2. Horrible internet
3. Will charge you twice about roaming

Horrible. They just find ways to add to your bill.

Terrible customer service helpline

Purchased business broadband today. Needed to change a setting. Shop couldn't help and advised phoning the business helpline. Needn't have bothered - spoke to two people, neither could understand the issue and said they couldn't help. We worked it out for ourselves eventually.
Previous bad experience with the helpline trying to close a mobile account - took several months for it to finally cancel - app wouldn't let us pay final £13 bill and it was passed over to a debt collecting agency - if their helpline agents were actually able to help, the account would have been closed and the balance paid no problem.

My dad is disabled and lost his phone…

My dad is disabled and lost his phone and he has also lost his password, we gave them all other info about him, still they refused to help. They wanted to text his lost phone to know its him?? its laughable and as normal out sourcing their staff from India or somewhere. Joke of a company me and my dad will both be leaving them once contract ends if not before.
Such bad customer service, if you read this I wouldn't go with 3 mobile.

Utter rubbish company…

Have read these comment and agree with them all,November 2023 taken out contract Ona phone.recieved quite quqick,not like it.asked for returns label,recieved such included a passcode to use when using post office.2weeks later recieved another phone,returned that same method.recieved 3rd phone requested returns label.following day currier came to coiiect phone.no paperwork with him to prove he picked it up.they now telling me not recieved any of them.it will be in hands of omnibus agter 8th February.

Absolutely awful customer support

Absolutely awful customer support, No experience, no knowledge, no clue. give this company a very wide berth.

1. 2 weeks and still not able to send out business emails, The Ip they have assigned me is Blacklisted at SpamHaus, a well known spam filtering company.

2.Unable to Port Forward because they use a CGNAT so the router port forwarding functions cant be used so my business applications wont work across the internet.

Luckily I am in the 30 days cooling off period, Cant say Im exactly cooled off, more like Boiling mad. Tomorrow I move away from this useless company.

Awful

This is the worst, the least intuitive internet site for the customers I have ever seen. I am leaving Three just because every month it is a pain to top up or auto-renew my balance. Horrible.

Trying to get anywhere with Three…

Trying to get anywhere with Three customer service is a simply dreadful experience. I empathise and concur with all the comments I have read detailling their many shortcomings. I have finally managed to leave Three, but am still using the Three/EE 4G mobile network with a Netgear Nighthawk, but via IDmobile.co.uk who were recommended in moneysavingexpert.com. I have no other option, living in rural Cornwall which for ten years has been bypassed by Openreach whenever they score a new pot of highly publicised funding. Despite having fibre to an adjacent pole, they continue to ask for £thousands in order to make it live...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE

I asked to change my pay as you go number to a contract, they failed to do so and they charged me 628 for contact cancellation fee "i never asked to cancel the contract" then they realise they're wrong and funded me the amount after I went back to the shop and called the tech support number, few days later they withdrew the amount AGAIN i go to the shop and get refunded again, that should be the end of it right? Wrong they call me and say I have to pay the amount or else and they threaten to ruin my credit after I explained to them on that call what i mentioned above they say oh I'm right i don't awe anything but the people from the shop should send them and email saying so I phone the shop they say they already did. Again you think it ends there NOPE they still mail me every now and then asking for the amount. It's horrible don't use their service ever I'm glad they weren't able to switch my to a contract imagine being stuck with such company.

No service and no way to contact them

No service yet again, this is a common occurance with three. As you have no service on your network, theres no way to contact you. This happens at least two days per month - my broadband runs off the three network too. So completely at a loss for choosing this company, the issues from my previous 1* review still havent been resolved even after the response requested i message them in app and email them which I did. No response received. Abhorrent customer service and terrible service all around. Avoid this company you will pull your hair out trying to get the service you paid for.

I came via this method to show my…

I came via this method to show my disappointment with this service..
i WAS a costumer for over 10 years and literally the service has gone really downhill.
Roaming- i checked several times this (either via online chat/ either walking to the store) and they confirmed all the times i didn't had to do anything that it will activate itself... well... it didn't! i ended up with no roaming AT all and no way to activate it. (and it was quite crucial for me for some travels i did to have access to the internet abroad).
Costumer care- you would think that "loyal" costumers, likewise, it would be important to keep them and offer them different ranges of packages they will benefit.but no... instead of that i was reasonable good plan and literally they left me with no option to change it (wich i recieved messages and email that i HAD to change my plan) and renew new contract (just to keep me as longer as possible and pay more basically)
Service- when i expressed "disapointed", that will wanted to change, no one at the stored showed interested the reasons "why" i wanted to leave or i was disappointed with service or what that could be done to improve my experience, they really reacted oposite atitude.
Realisticaly, not inteded to go back to three on a nearer future.

V poor service

V poor service, can't register to see bills. Help is all a circle, end up where you start. Chat person sent text to confirm account to a linked phone- my daughter's phone in Netherlands!
Automated system can't recognize when numbers chosen- maybe set this way to deter enquiries.
They just don't care for our business.

Three Oxford Circus

We came into the Oxford Circus store to extend one of our contracts. We were met and greeted by the store manager who was extremely kind and he listened without interruption and asked Aya to be of assistance.
We have been given an incredible first and world class service and we have bought two iPhones 15 plus and 15 Pro Max, Xmas came early, thanks to Aya and her attention to details and great product knowledge and great interpersonal skills.We wish every possible success in her journey.

Do not take insurance with this company…

Do not take insurance with this company or the so called 3rd party they use square trade insurance absolutely appealing service!!! Stay clear avoid just check out all the bad reviews yourself Square trade insurance.

Waited over a week for a replacement phone which they don't have available it's the Fold 4 raised several complaints now been offered full refund minus the excess fee £100 which I have to wait further 5 days so nearly 2 weeks plus I have to pay extra to buy new phone!!!

Appaling service!!! Fuming I run my business with my phone!!

Avoid 3 mobile at every cost

Does anyone have a 3 mobile number for uk please, am getting passed from piller to post in India, ao so done with 3, I want out any recommendations for better network. My phone has been disconnected 8 yrs never missed a bill , this the thank you I get from 3 !

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. I wasted an hour on getting no help. Very politely. But no help whatsoever. I must admit to being concerned about the reliability of this company: Three.
Nobody, from any “respective department” seemed to have any information about my account:
1. When the direct debit will come out
2. For how much
3. Whether they had cancelled my previous direct debit which I had cancelled myself with my bank.

Not keen on continuing having this sort of interaction.

Liffey Valley

I was in Liffey Valley and called in store to change over our wifi and I’m delighted I did. I got a great deal and the customer service was fantastic. After shopping around I never came across such friendly staff. Shannon was a pleasure to deal with and told me about a better deal for my phone. Highly recommend 👏👏

Abysmal

Abysmal. Switched from three using STAC. Cannot access account due to three number being terminated, but yet they continue to charge via DD. Impossible to get through to anyone who cares. new network still have had NO confirmation of account closure. This is not the first time i've had issues with these clowns. Avoid.

I have been a Three customer for 15…

I have been a Three customer for 15 years, last year I let my contract lapse remiss of me (naughty customer) but continued to pay monthly to maintain my service. I renewed my contract in Dec '21 Now I find they are charging me for roaming in Europe - although had I renewed or started a new contract in September '21 they would not be charging me for roaming.
Just shows a) Loyalty counts for nothing with Three b) Three is bad bad company don't go there. watching my language here - expletives deleted.
Also c) Their apps are rubbish
