The service ID mobile provide is faultless. The coverage is absolutely brilliant. Better than any other carrier I have used before. The price is also something that is just right. If anyone is looking for a new network provider. Try ID Mobile. You definitely won’t be disappointed. Thank You ID

An excellent 5* service

Since we transferred from Lebara to yourselves, we have experienced an excellent service. We can even obtain a signal in our property, although we are located in a very poor reception area. We could recommend iD Mobile to everyone.

iD mobile

This is my wife's mobile. No problems with the service so far. Gave it 4 star due to the increase iD mobile made because of the retail price jndex. My own mobile service provider didn't increase my contract price! :-)

Their "new app" and forced re-register is a fail

Their "new app" and forced re-register has been a complete botched job. No one can get in. Nothing works. No one admits it's just totally broken. "Support" can't help, via twitter, their portal, anywhere. Their development team is quite clearly inexperienced or worse incompetent. Thankfully they're cheap? But I can't recommend the company at all.

Stay Clear! If you're after a phone that doesn't…

If you're after a phone that doesn't get delivered, receive poor customer service and constantly battling with an online chat agents, ID Mobile is for you.

Ordered a phone for a present and was lost within the system a day after ordering was placed. They use DPD as their delivery service who are equally as bad as the supplier.

Needless to say, still awaiting on the device to be delivered, still no update and still battling with an inept customer service line.

Stay clear if you're after a product that you've rightly paid for

Fantastic experience with ID

I switched from my current provider to ID mobile after finding a deal using money saving expert website. The deal was significantly cheaper than my current SIM only plan. I was able to transfer my own mobile number over with support from ID customer service and the switch happened exactly when they scheduled this. I’d highly recommended ID mobile, no issues with network so far.

Very good Web site and easy to check …

Very good Web site and easy to check current offers and data usage. Mobile coverage on my phone is good.
Absolutely no excuse for in contract price hikes....no other industry would get away with it. - put a stop to it at once.

All good until you tinkered about with…

All good until you tinkered about with the app, couldn't check data usage for weeks, very poor implementation of app upgrade. Upgrade is a pointless facelift doesn't actually do anything new or better just different appearance. Tip of the day if it is not broke don't fix it.

Locked out of my mobile

Slightly panicked as I'd locked myself out of my sim/mobile and needed to access a train ticket for travel same day, spoke with David, a customer service agent online. Very helpful, got me through the security questions and PUK issued fairly swiftly. David was excellent and I promised to leave him fb because it's always important to share praise where warranted and deserved.

Good service no hidden extras,

Pleased with the service I get and at a fair and sensible price, especially considering I rarely need to make many calls per month. I was originally with O2 which got expensive especially considering I was with them for 20 + years, no loyalty discount etc. I am in my late 50s so I don't need all the bells and whistles, so I can recommend this network for just letting you pay for what you need..

Rough with the smooth!

I enjoy using ID Mobile. The price is fantastic.

Unfortunately when I make calls or take a call, 90 out of 100 calls are difficult because of a bad signal.

Good monthly price on sim only plan

Good monthly price on sim only plan, £4 first few months then £8 for 50gb data (rolls over) unlimited minutes and texts. Hotspot tethering and free roaming in Europe inc. Ireland. The coverage could be better indoors but not a big issue. App needs some work, ofyen fails to open on 1st & 2nd attempt.

New App is absolutely useless

New App is absolutely useless, wont accept a payment from any of my cards, automated phone line is just as bad, I've wasted hours on paying a £34 bill, the ChatBot just keeps giving me the same answer and the online "help" is anything but.
I just want to pay you what I owe you....please take some money!!!
No chance of speaking to a human so I'll try in-store if there's any left.

The online application failed

The online application failed, but I received an email asking to call, so that was sorted. On receipt of the phone, the SIM didn't work or the number/account wasn't set up properly (I tried the SIM in both 1 and 2). The number transfer failed too, wouldn't accept the PAC, transaction number, phone number provided. Phoned the same sales number, they couldn't have been less interested and referred me to the online support/community. Still waiting for a reply. I returned the phone to the nearest Currys. Very disappointing.

Price is good

Price is good. Network (3) is pretty decent. Roaming is very good.

Downside is the poor app. Just insufficient for purpose. Much better app required.

Also full day downtime due to some technical incompetence a few months ago

Otherwise it’s decent enough.

Any more downtime this year and it’ll have to be bye bye.

Really reliable service from ID

Really reliable service from ID. I moved to them when my existing provider started charging for using my phone abroad after brexit. App works fine but I rarely use it as I don’t find the need to very often. Data rolls over but I’ve got more than enough anyway but some will find this useful. I joined as my wife tried ID before me with a monthly rolling contract which was great so I followed and will stay as long as things don’t change drastically.

Don’t use ID particularly if you have additional needs

My father has Alzheimer’s disease and we wish as a family to close his account with ID as he does not use his phone anymore.I have tried on two occasions to close his account for him( he is unable to remember his password /PIN due to his condition) ID are refusing to do this when I contact them on his behalf.I am truly shocked by this discriminatory position of the company .He is unable to close the account as he is not capable of doing so .Appalling

Helpful call from a member of your staff.

Helpful call from a member of your team. Opportunity to upgrade my 'phone to a slightly better model. No pressure to change 'phone. New 'phone next day. Delivered to our local Curry's store worked well with diary commitments.
