Rishi was very patient and really took the time to answer my many questions. An explain about the various internet option available. Really appreciated his expertise today and excellent customer service. So good to see someone who knows what he’s talking about and is happy to take time.

Worst customer service

I've just noticed a fault by Vodafone which has cost me £76.93 since September 2023 & I've tried to raise the issue via the Vodafone chat but the agent wasn't helpful & cut me off so I will be making a formal complaint. Managed to speak to another adviser by phone but after 2 hours of trying to resolve my issue, & 25 years being a loyal customer, Vodafone has stuck 2 fingers up to my loyalty & said they won't refund me & just wanted to sell me a new plan. So I'm taking my loyal custom elsewhere.

100% the best!

Absolutely fantastic service and great trustworthy friendly advice and support. So important for me to deal with a human being than on line.
I couldn't have had a better experience - got my new phone, suited to my needs with the right contract. It's a fabulous asset to have the Hyde shop and great team.
Great natter whilst sorting my phone and recovering my data. 100% recommend - have already recommended this afternoon to a friend X thank you!

Poor signal, but at least I was refunded

I had issues with Lebara mobile's poor signal at my new home, so tried a proper Vodafone SIM. It had the same issue since they run on the same network. Fortunately, Vodafone stuck to their 14 day return policy and I was refunded for my PAYG SIM.

The signal was mostly fine with some 5G elsewhere.

Now off to find another network that doesn't have full 4G bars yet no connectivity

Sabi

Sabi, Sabi, Sabi! This gentleman went above and beyond to help me recently in the Watford Harlequin store and I am extremely grateful. He helped me deal with a delicate issue professionally and in a very kind manner also. He has super knowledge and super customer service skills and I would happily recommend anyone to go and see him. It was also obvious to me that he provides lots of support to other members of the team during the course of my visit, which was really positive to see. Thank you Sabi.

Cannot get into my mobile due Security code

Cannot get into my mobile due to needing a security code. Huntingdon shop not helpful as is TOBi. Need to have the mobile for emergencies but cannot read any messages due to the lack of security code. Cannot get it by E Mail either as TOBi does not understand.
Due to hearing difficulties will need to get a new phone. Not now happy with Vodaphone.

Amazing staff!

My phone needs a battery refresh so I had to buy a cheap one to keep me going while mine was away, I was also unsure of my Google password. The combination of transferring my contacts to a cheap android and my poor memory proved a lengthy challenge but Verity and Seb were totally professional and positive throughout despite many setbacks. I am in awe of their good nature and expertise and extremely grateful. They are amazing!!!!

Go to Priya at Vodafone in watford

Excellent service from Priya in Vodafone , Watford branch.
I do not do well with change and had been with EE since they were one to one, but Priya was able to offer me a great deal, explained the plan clearly and take me through the whole transfer process.
Wonderful lady and great customer services!!

Having lost my phone

Having lost my phone, Billy, the Manager, was extremely helpful in getting me back up and running. There were a few issues that weren’t Billy’s fault but issues on Vodafone’s side: Billy went above and beyond to get this issue rectified for me. His customer service is excellent and Vodafone are lucky to have him.

Fantastic staff at Devizes

The team in the Devizes store are fabulous
We have been dealing with Vodaphone online re a complaint we had ( nothing at all to do with the Devizes store ) but the staff especially Wes, Gemma and Emma have been so supportive during this process when we had to call in to ask questions or to check up on our account for us and even put right something the online tech guys couldn’t … always helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble …. Sadly we will miss this store in town when it closes 🥴

Excellent from start to finish

Went into the Falkirk store to get the new iPad. The store was well staffed and not kept waiting for long. Spoke to advisor Cleo who helped me and answered all questions and concerns I had. She is a credit to the company with her friendly customer service and professionalism and I cannot recommend the store enough.

From early kick off Kim had the…

From early kick off Kim had the patience knowledge and where with all in assisting me to move forward in opening my Vodafone App.
Thankfully it took her no time but her involvement in a professional sense stood out in me completely understanding the way ahead and importantly having the time to describe the “ basics” to me and how all bases were covered by her.
Yes Vodafone Hamilton are very fortunate indeed to have such a vibrant and helpful young lady like Kim on their books as will the customers in enjoying her head to head briefings.

Excellent service from Steven

Excellent service from Steven. We always visit the Basildon branch of Vodafone due to the great service they provide. Any problem we may have, they have always happily dealt with. It is rare to come away from any store feeling happy with the service provided.

I required a lot of help for transfering my data transfer from an old Huawei to my New Samsung A15 - I had trouble getting everything across- Amz with all his effort, time and extreme patience got all the data across, helped me arrange my home screen and gave me a great tutorial on how to use the Phone. He is very kind and patient- I am very great to the staff of this store. Sold me an excellent phone also at a great price!!

Galaxy phones overpriced and ‘add ons’ not explined to the customer.

Just bought a Samsung AO5S from a Vodafone shop. Not a really great experience - guy I initially saw was going to transfer data from old phone for £25!..their standard rate for 30 mins ‘help’ (this was only waived by Manager after some querying); the transfer wasn’t done after 1/1/2 hours (I was asked to come back in an hour); I was guven a SIM with the new phone but only knew this was £10 Pay as You Go on reading detail on display; I subsequently found out when I got home I couldn’t charge the phone..another, nearly, £10 for a fast charge plug (which, again) I wasn’t advised. To cal it all (my fault I guess but everyone should know) the phone is one heck of a lot cheaper elsewhere - I’d advise you to check it out and the ‘add ons’ costs.

A wonderful experience

Today's experience in dealing with updating a new phone was made effortlessly and problem free.
This was only possible because of the customer friendly assistants, Christopher and Zak, who were both professional and amazingly knowledgeable in their roles.

They both took time to assess my problem and then source the right solution for me.

I am delighted with my new phone and account.

I would highly recommend the Northwich Vodafone branch without a second thought.

Today I received the best customer service in a mobile phone store, second to none.

Thank you to both Christopher and Zak. Both a credit to Vodafone.
