Absolute Joke of a company

Absolute Joke of a company. Made an order on 25th of March and till this day ( 6th of may) have not even received any correspondence whatsoever. It is only by chance that I happened to log into my account today and realised that the order has not been fulfilled.
Be warned this company will take your money and NOT fulfill orders and then not contact you at all. Pure robbery. Stay away from this company.

Joke company! No communication whatsoever, 2 weeks for a reply then they send over £1.99 refund for a £26 product??? If it wasn't available why not let me know/take the money? Daughters birthday present! Nice one

Disgusting

I have ordered a board game with delivery in 2-3 days. After 4 days I have messaged customer service and they answered that it is not available in stock and I need to wait another 10 day. 11 days have passed and I still didn’t get any update. They are not meeting their deadlines and offer poor customer service.

Recently ordered a board game…

Recently ordered a board game expansion. It arrived but had major damage. Was not listed as B grade.
After this, I ordered 2 items which I was emailed ON THE WAY. But never showed up at all with no tracking information. No reply to my inquiry which was sent to a totally different name.

As you can see from the reply they have left here, they state they did respond to my 2 emails but there is nothing in my inbox or spam folder. Bare faced lies. Do not trust this company.

I’m truly sorry to hear your item arrived damaged, our warehouse team packages items to the best of their ability to prevent an item from arriving damaged but unfortunately, sometimes the postal services can be heavy-handed.

I can assure you that we have responded to all the emails/contact forms you've submitted within 24 hours, offering a solution for the damaged item and for the parcel that shows as delivered by the courier, however you've confirmed this hasn't arrived.

Very happy with product.
Pre ordered game came for day of release. Price was better than other places and I received additional add on content via email for product day before game arrived. Great customer service. Will definitely be using again

Amazing item at a great price and delivered quickly

Item arrived really really quickly and very well packaged up.
I was surprised and astounded how quickly this turned up and very impressed with my whole interaction.

Poor company

Poor company. Customer services have been OK in contacting but they sold a product that they didn't have then after having my money for a week emailed to say they made a mistake in advertising the product as they didn't have stock so would refund me. They issued a refund for less than I paid so I assume the difference is how they make their money. Would not use them again and would recommend anyone else who wants a decent purchase experience avoid this company like the plague.

Edit to add that the shortfall has now been refunded after chasing and posting here. I'm unsure it would have been otherwise.

I'm so sorry that your order had to be cancelled, we did have an issue with the stock on the system and the warehouse. The purchasing manager did try to source your item from another supplier but was unable to so the order was cancelled and refunded.

When the automatic refund went through the postage didn't originally refund which is why there was a shortfall. I do apologize for this and can see it's now been refunded by a member of the customer service team.

IT have been made aware so they can look into why the postage charge wasn't refunded automatically and will get this resolved for future orders.

Apologies again for the inconvenience that has been caused.

I've never had a problem with 365games

I've never had a problem with 365games, I've only ever used them for pre orders and as far as I can remember have always recieved games either on release date or the day before. Their prices always tend to be either the cheapest or cheaper of the game sites too, so unless anything changes with this they'll be my go to for pre-orders.

Awful.

Awful.
Just awful.
This company also goes by the name of Xbite, and the reviews there are even worse.
I ordered an item which did not reach me in time.
I therefore cancelled the order, which was accepted and I was promised a refund. Much later than planned, the item eventually reached me (when it was no longer needed).
As for the refund, never turned up.

Seems the company has a nasty habit of selling items that they list as being in stock, when they do not have it in stock and yet have the nerve to charge for faster delivery when they know they have no chance of meeting the dates.

Don’t believe all the bad reviews!

I pre-ordered Final fantasy VII Rebirth from here because the price was the lowest I had found and then read some reviews on here and I’ll be honest I expected to regret my decision because there was a lot of negativity about the company. Much to my delight not only did my game get delivered without hassle it actually arrived a day before release! Therefore I’m sure some people might have had issues before but I certainly haven’t on this occasion and so I will be happy to shop again due to competitive pricing.

Communication has been poor.

I’ve been waiting for a second item which wasn’t dispatched at the same time as the first item in the same order.

Sadly the first item arrived damaged as it was packed in just a cardboard sleeve and sent through evri, no protection to the product at all. Upon attempting to communicate I have been ignored for 10+ days attempting to resolve my second item which the tracking just says they’re expecting it and also trying to resolve my damaged item.

Not sure I would use again due to the slow responses and poor communication.

I'm really sorry you've had an issue with your parcel.

I can see you emailed us at 5pm on the 10th of Jan saying you'd only received one figure and that it was damaged - we then replied on the 11th of Jan at 3pm confirming that the parcels had been sent in different packaged and requesting images of the damage.

We then didn't receive a reply back to our email from yourself until the 19th of Jan at 6am saying you had attached images but there nothing attached to your email which you will see in your sent folder.

We then replied on the 19th at 2pm explaining that no images have come through and to please resend.

We have since received no reply from yourself which is why this hasn't been resolved.

Please reply to the email and we will get your issue's resolved as quickly as possible for you.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Disney tradition

Order came within 9 days very happy with my purchase, only downside was when asking for update over postage waited 2 days to get a reply to then be told it was stated on page that it was coming from elsewhere when looking I couldn’t see anything then was told they would update there website that still hasn’t been updated. Feel communication was poor and found them pretty unhelpful for that reason I’m not sure I would use them again.
Think they need to get a better system in place so your not waiting days for a reply and then not being helped even after they reply.

I can see that you did indeed email us on the 16th, we did reply the same day but can see in your response to our reply you stated the email had gone into your spam folder which is why it was missed.

We do state clearly on the listing and confirmation email of the delay in shipping your order due to it being in an overflow warehouse.

Seem hit and miss

Wish I’d read some of these reviews before buying from them. Like others, no delivery, no dialogue, web chat doesn’t work and they don’t respond to any contact. Not going to risk being fleeced by these people, will give them a few days then issue county court proceedings against them if no resolution

15 day lead time

The 15 day lead time needs to be made much clearer, presumably many games are bought for Christmas and birthdays. Learning of it after ordering isn’t helpful. Having said that it was delivered on time, though unfortunately, having been told of the 15 day lead time and therefore thinking it would miss Christmas I bought something else too, which then had to be returned. Make the lead time MUCH clearer and no reason not to give a 5*

Absolute pleasure to deal with

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Ordered an x box game that was meant to have a code enclosed with dcl extras. The game did not have this. I contacted 365 games and they sent me out a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement did not have the code enclosed either. Contacted 365 games again to inform them , and they said they would get in touch with their supplier. They did indeed and got me a code for the game that worked . So have a very happy son. Absolutely first class company with first class customer service

Well worth ordering from.

Saw an offer on hot deals for a board game from 365 games. I had heard they had bad reviews... but took a chance as I've used them in the past with no issues.

Game arrived on time, VERY well packaged and in pristine condition.

I will definitely use 365 again.

Absolutely diabolical!!!!!

Absolutely diabolical!!!!!! AVOID ! Ordered a kettle it arrived faulty did not work sent it back straight away weeks later still no refund and finally after repeatedly sending emails and trying to get through on a live chat that does not work I had a email saying they did not receive it good job I kept the receipt to track it and it said delivered what a joke still waiting to be refunded
