Dan was fantastic

Dan was fantastic. He was really helpful in explaining things about my account and how the Take 3 payments work, which I wasn't sure about before. Thank you Dan for your patience and kindness to resolve a stressful situation.

Although I am so happy with Dan's customer service, this isn't always the case when calling Very. Usually advisors are vague, unhelpful and pass me through to various departments, back and forth. Also there are usually LOUD colleagues, shouting and laughing in the background.

It seems Dan is a rarity - he deserves a lot of credit from Very (and most probably a pay rise too).

Excellent company

I love my new gear through Very and the quality of the items were great. I was happy with the price I paid as well because they are more expensive in different places. Also a very fast delivery service and professional which you don’t get with some places because they just dump your parcels anywhere.

Improved Service

Fast delivery, quicker than advised. The free delivery to a local drop off point is excellent, no need to worry about unreliable couriers leaving parcels unattended at the front door.
Had to order multiple sizes due to insufficient information on site, no issue though as returns are free. Very seem to have upped their game recently, a much improved service.

Love VERY

I love the choice of items in VERY and the ease of ordering and returning (I do miss that you cannot return via a Courier now, but you can easily arrange for your postie to collect from the house). Prices are not over the top and things arrive quickly.

Very Disappointing Experience

Order sadly didn't arrive by 04/05/2024. Contacted Very using online chat and was advised my order would then be delivered by 14/05/2024. Collected parcel from Post Office on 14/05/2024 and the packing was badly damaged and parts of the item exposed through the holes. Sent photographs of damaged parcel to Very. No response from complaint handler who agreed to phone me on 14/05/2024 to check if parcel had arrived.

I rate Very highly. They have a great choice of products, at a reasonable price, that can be paid in instalments. My latest order was delivered quickly and well packaged. I would definitely recommend shopping with Very.

Very easy company to deal with

Very easy company to deal with. Returns were prompt to refund onto my account and price/quality of goods are better than anywhere else I can find. Very is always the first place I look when purchasing clothes

Click and collect query

Query was resolved instantly. Goods received the following day but Very needs to explore why click and collect is not working effectively and stop the inconvenience of one travelling to collect only to be told goods haven't arrived.

Why very outsourced their call centre…

Why very outsourced their call centre is beyond me. At least train the advisors before letting them use the phone and systems. Created more mess than soloution.
Worst thing ever. All screaming and shouting in the background, clearly having more fun rather than working and it comes across rude and unprofessional when your trying to have a serious conversation about the errors they made which is now costing you time and fuel for constant returns.

FIRST CLASS ORDER SERVICE & DELIVERY

Always smooth, trouble free ordering with Very, plus the GPS link they enclosed for me in my delivery email enabled me to watch live exactly where the delivery driver was, and I was ready at my door when he made my delivery. What a fantastic service.

First time used - Impressed.

First time used, and I'm Impressed so far.
I've not used very.co.uk before, but i found what i wanted very easily, and it was a clear 10 to 15% cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery was within the timeframe advertised, so overall, I'll probably use very.co.uk again if they can keep this up !

Worst customer service ever!

Have taken the day off waiting for delivery of order.

No update. Contacted delivery company who could not update and ended the chat before completing.

Needed item for birthday party which is why paid for specific delivery date. Now the party is ruined. Thanks.

Worse customer service I have known.

Would not recommended ordering from here if you need anything on time or want to be treated with respect after spending your money.

Ordered a tumble dryer was was given a…

Ordered a tumble dryer was was given a delivery date of 16th May, took day off work to accept delivery. Driver turned up no tumble dryer. Told to call very. Called customer services after battling with chatbot and was in a queue for 35 minutes. Lady I spoke to helpful but conclusion was wait 24 hours for item to be located at third party warehouse and then arrange a new delivery date. Cancelled order.

Rubbish service gave me £400 to spend…

Rubbish service gave me £400 to spend and spent it items on way ready for delivery then order cancelled by supplier saying about credit check need to have a. Look in future and don't build people's hopes up silly how that gives u it then refuse u want recommend this from very rubbish
