Always a great service from M and M direct. The order was processed swiftly and even with regular delivery arrived in timely fashion. I do wish you'd offer Royal Mail for delivery as Evri didn't even knock, the parcel was left on doorstep. That aside all items well packaged, great value and good fit size wise. Have used you for years and will continue to do so.

I always check MandM website when I'm looking for sunglasses/trainers/sports gear, etc. They supply the best, for the least prices, their delivery is marvellous.
Returns are super easy too.

I've used mandm for years, mainly for the kids sports gear. Great for bargains. The only reason I never give mandm 5 stars is their continued insistence to use Evri (formally Hermes) as their delivery partner, they are shambolic.

Great selection of clothing and shoes for our holiday, managed to find something for myself, my husband and my 80 year old father. Easy to return the items that we didn't want too.

Everything you get off M&M I find is quick cheep and cheerful been using it since a teenager in the late 1990s and will continue to do so.
My puma bag was cheeper and so much better than the adidas one I had before for only 8 months and cost nearly £70 (although not off this site) but another well known one.

M & M sell the best quality branded clothes at the best prices. I paid for the free delivery option and it's not expensive, considering what you get. I ordered Thursday evening and my package was here Friday afternoon! Doesn't get better than that and the clothes are great and always fit true to size.

Everything went great,it was so easy to buy from and delivery was the very next day,grandson was delighted with his tracksuit and matching t-shirt,my only gripe is the delivery charge was a bit excessive at £7.99. I'd definitely buy from m&m direct again though.

The trainers were delivered speedily, unfortunately a different colour to the items advertised. I had paid for a delivery charge, you then wanted me to pay for the return of the item, I didn’t think that was fair? It took a while but in the end I received a fre return.

The returns process is a complete joke. I paid for a returns label only to discover the nearest drop off point was a 45 minute return journey from me. In the end they had to return me the fee I paid for the label and I posted it at my local post office. Why they dont offer this is puzzling and frustrating.

I ordered something for the next day and it still did not come the next day it more like a standard delivery also I have never got my money back for the days my parcel does not come for the next day delivery .They was good now they fell off they used to use DPD now there using that terrible Hermes company that fails to deliver on time. MandMDirect lose to be good now it's gone down hill. There phone number for customer service does not work that tells you alot about it
