Really lovely helpful staff

Really lovely helpful staff. Samantha especially was great, taking me through the processing of getting a new phone. Shout out to the other staff (sorry I didn't get names - a young man with long hair, a girl with blue streaks and a northern girl) also helped me with various other things like transferring info from my other phone and claiming on a promotion as I'm a complete dipstick when it comes to tech/everything. Thanks guys!

Fantastic friendly customer service

Paid 2 visits to the Bromsgrove store with an older gentlemen I help look after, who had a number of queries about his phone and broadband contract. Both times we were spoken to by Amy who was absolutely fantastic. She gave him a number of options and without pressure, a few days to think. On returning, she again went through everything his new contract would entail making sure he understood everything. Friendly, fantatsic customer service that is hard to come by these days.Will be returning when my own contract is up and recommending others to use the Bromsgrove store.

Really helpful staff member

I should have paid more attention the the staff member's name, I think it was Assaand. If this colleague can be identified then please let them know that I really appreciate their help and support when I went in store with a problem on my phone yesterday. Their subject knowledge and problem solving approach was fantastic and the issue was resolved there and then. Thank you. 😀

Needed mobile Internet

Needed mobile Internet as our WiFi is down. We were looked after by H who sorted us out really efficiently. He was chatty and engaging without bring intrusive and sorted everything put for us so we just needed to plug and play when we got home

Helpful staff

I called into Vodafone in Stratford to check about upgrading my phone. I was seen by Manoj who was extremely helpful and even though I can’t upgrade yet he was able to offer me a new sim only deal which will save me money. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Phone replacement

I went to Vodafone in Westfield ( Stratford) after my phone broke.I was welcome by Akhas who was very polite and friendly. He did spend over an hour trying to find a device and price plan within my budget which he successfully did.He was extremely professional and made the experience positive.I would highly recommend him for his customer service and professionalism. Excellent team work at Harrogate branch

I was very impressed with Vodafone Harrogate branch's staff for their huge patience and great knowledge about their products.

Dawn kindly helped me solve my iPhone's messages sending barrier problem with Tom's help when necessary!

Dawn and Dan answered my enquiry for a potential new iPad contract.

Their team work was excellent helping each other to help me answer all my questions so that I could get a wiser decision in the end.

Spoke to a lady at Newton Abbot Store who was really helpful the only number I could find having rung the 013 number but NOT A VODEPHONE CUSTOMER YET so couldn’t get through, tried the chat line without any luck either. Really frustrating an elderly lady who just
wants an iPhone and needed information first.

Great customer service

Muhammed was extremely helpful and made sure I got the exact deal I was looking for.
He was great at answering all my questions whilst being very informative.

Absolutely lack of service broadband…

Absolutely lack of service broadband and customer service pay extra for pro just the same service as standard. Sign you up to a new contract without consent. Promises of cancelling service if don’t provide a steady connection but make any excuse to keep you in contract. Impossible to work from home. Home incorrect information on you. Moved house and still had my old address as my address shocking service do not use

I went into my local branch (kings…

I went into my local branch (kings lynn) to renew my contract and was met by the lovely Anthony who sat me down, went through all my options, Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped with my contract. I would highly recommend this store and all the staff. Thanks again to Anthony.

The lovely Holly was amazingly kind and…

The lovely Holly was amazingly kind and helpful She changed my phone contract and gave me a much better deal and the whole transaction was seamless thanks to her
She also checked my broadband and explained everything so clearly so I could understand not being tech savvy myself and of a much older generation
I have used the Newmarket Vodafone for ten years and would never go anywhere else Everyone is always extremely helpful and a huge credit to Vodafone A huge thank you to you all and again to Holly for today 🙂

OFFER GIVEN , NOT RECEIVED . NEVER VODAFONE FOR NOBODY

1 contract 2020 broadband - 67 mb speed seen on vodafone app .
2 broadband cut off 2 wks for work, back 55mb in january.
3 3 month complaint every week ... line does not support 67 mb... in 2024.
4 wife receiving advertise from them to make a contract with 67mb.
5. 2 month emails that I will receive compensation. Miss Specialist customer car, put my contract under deadlock... which means SHUT UP.
6. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER AT ALL. NOBODY SHOULD MAKE ANYMORE CONTRACT WITH THEM.

I came to Milton Keynes Vodafone shop…

I came to Milton Keynes Vodafone shop and i was greeted straight away.
I was served by your colleague
AL-LARDHY.
The reason for my visit was to upgrade my phone. I could've done this online but I much prefer meeting on a one-to-one basis. Again Al-Lardhy made me feel welcome and whole experience was faultless. He went above and beyond and I left the shop with my new device with a smile.
I will keep on using Vodafone as long as people like Al are still about.

Honestly took the p*ss out of me

Honestly took the p*ss out of me. Cancelled a sim contract within 2 days, they still charged me for it. Made a new account in store manager lied to me about the discount price, promised 5G in my area and it’s non existent, the 4G is appalling. Gifted me a £5 Morrisons gift voucher which cannot be used as minimum spend on these vouchers is £10. Massive joke of a company and I’ve been with them for less than a month.
