Excellent company to buy from with great customer services. I bought a desktop computer and not long after it had arrived to my home, my requirements changed and I realised I'd made an error buying a desktop PC. I contacted Technoworld and the customer services department agreeed to take it back and I was able to swap for a laptop as a good will gesture -no hassle at all ! I found the customer services team to be polite and helpful, always contacting me when they said they would, which is not the case with most companies these days. Both times I took the free shipping option and it arrived the next day. I also got help from the sales team to buy the new laptop to the same spec as the PC I had originally purchased. Have no hesistation in recommending this company. And love my new Lenovo laptop !

Don't bother. Customer service is poor. Ordered surface laptop and was broke within a few weeks - they didn't want to know just kept telling me I had to go to Microsoft. Think they're selling dodgy goods! Avoid!

The best electronics retailer you've never heard of. Was on the market for a dedicated monitor to complement my brand new Mac Mini 2020 and after extensive research plumped for the LG 24MD4KL-B as I needed as close as possible to the pixel density of an Apple Studio Display but at a more...palatable price point. Step in Technoworld. Bearing in mind it has been almost 4 years since this monitor was released to market for a retailer to still have several units available in stock for immediate despatch and at such a reasonable price (cheaper than Amazon Marketplace) was truly impressive. Ordered Friday 26th May, delivered Tuesday 30th May via Parcelforce 24.

I phoned late on a Friday after another supplier let me down. Technoworld said they could put the order through if I ordered in the next 20 minutes. I went back online and ordered a Lenovo laptop expecting delivery the following Monday or Tuesday. In fact my parcel arrived the very next morning Saturday at 11 am. Phenomenal service.

Purchased one day, and received the next. Not just once, but twice within the same week, and that was from one end of the country (London) to the other far up North near the Scottish Border. All well packed, and packing in perfect condition. Quick, efficient, and an adequate online account facility that allowed me to track progress, not that there was really any time to do that. And a competitive price. What more could you ask for? Indeed, I haven't had time to test the goods as I am waiting for the other critical component (from another supplier, I might add).

You are here to ripe off our money..I have ordered Hp laptop with Microsoft Office installation and HDMI port however I had received Toshiba laptop which is almost 14 years old model without any of the features which was promised in their advertisement..when I complain..you stopped taking my call or replying my messages..I need my replacement what has promised or my money back..

I have been using Technoworld for a number of years and have never had a bad experience. The salespeople are friendly, professional and not at all pushy. Prices are fair, goods always arrive on time, are correct and in good condition. In three words? Helpful, Reliable and Fair.

Do not use!
Ordered a monitor which was advertesed at a good price. Completed tracsaction with received order acknowledement, my account was debited. They then replied to say that it was not longer available at that price and would be £96 more! And also asked "Please confirm if you are comfortable proceeding with this order."
I declined and purchased elswhere with fantastic service.
My account has been refunded.
Under no circumstances would I use this company.

All the staff are great & answer any queries promptly, if you ever encounter any problems these are also dealt with swiftly.

Delivery details are always sent through so you can track your orders, cant fault them.

What a great company

Needed a printer for the home & was recommended to contact Technoworld.
Boy, was I glad I did; got excellent service from Arjun who, after listening to the requirements, advised to purchase the Epson WF-2860DWF, which I duly did.
Received updates from Arjun advising delivery time & it arrived the next day even though I had opted out of next day delivery.

I searched on Google for a specific item, Technoworld appeared with an ideal price and the item was brand new and perfect for me. After checking their status online I ordered with confidence. Received confirmation that my order was confirmed, however three hours later I have received an email stating that my transaction was cancelled as they thought the item should have been more expensive and that they sold it to me at the wrong price. Quite unusual, disappointed but I found the same item elsewhere. Having said that easy to get in touch with customer service and the refund happened rapidly. Also you must create an account with them in order to process any payment, but you must contact them by email to delete your account as they are no option to close the account on their site!

Good people, good prices.

Technoworld helped us out with a large order which two other Major UK suppliers messed up.

Only issue is the name :) :) and yes thats coming from a guy called Dwardo Rodregez lol

I spoke with Technoworld after an issue with another company failing to forfill my order. It's so hard to come across the level of customer service I received by TechnoWorld. Both times I have ordered I have spoken with Peter and its been an exceptional experience. The prices are also much better than others and support is great. Technoworld was such a great find for me. Competitive prices and speedy service. I only decided on Sunday night that I wanted to purchase a Lenovo and by Tuesday morning, it had arrived. Before I even had a chance to think about when the laptop would be arriving, it had arrived! The delivery driver was great too :-) Customer service was on point and swift. Super impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, competitive pricing and delivery speed from Technoworld who got my 2020 MacBook Air to me within 2 days. My old mac suddenly died on me and I needed to replace it quickly for work. Totally appreciate these are very difficult times however a month wait from Apple is far too long for any business. It was a three week wait for the other major retailers, if they were lucky enough to have any in stock in the first place. I dealt with a gentleman called Chandu who was hugely helpful from my first call to them and went above and beyond to get my new mac to me urgently. I will most certainly go direct to Technoworld in future. With thanks.

I purchased a PC for my elderly Mother-in-Law for her Christmas present.

I needed a backlit keyboard, but for whatever reason, I ordered one that did not have this feature.

Entirely my fault.

I raised this with TW and was passed to a chap called Minesh.

I've seen a few bad reviews on Trust Pilot, but I cannot understand why, as my experience was been anything but.

Minesh was absolutely brilliant as have the whole of Technoworld - who very kindly arranged for a courier to come to the house, collect the PC and they fully refunded by money - no deductions, nit restocking charges nothing - the full amount.

They were courteous, they were efficient and they were very friendly.

Honestly, I would not hesitate to use TW again - absolutely first class.

Great professional company placed order for free delivery in up to 7 working days for a. Chrome book for my dyslexic daughter to use at college. It arrived the following day. I was able to pay by bank transfer all over smooth great company great price great product I would recommend this company to friends and family.
