I had been looking for some time for a rear opening, light weight, versatile camera bag so was very pleased when Courtney Victoria showed her Vanguard Veo Active 64 camera rucksac in her Youtube video. I immediately placed my order and very quickly received order confirmation and prompt delivery. I would highly recommend this bag and also the excellent service from PicStop.

I made a mistake on ordering and didn't enter a discount code. Picstop rep refunded the difference as soon as I had emailed to see if I could cancel and try again. Delivery was really fast aswell

Bought a 12" telescope as a Christmas gift from PicStop.
The scope arrived 24hrs later as scheduled. Sadly the scope had suffered some damage in transit.
I got in touch with PicStop to highlight the issue. PicStop customer service from the very beginning were amazing. They assured me they would do everything in their power to correct this before Christmas day. 24hrs later, a replacement 12" scope arrived.
(This is a very large item 5'+ long and 12" dia scope with an even bigger Dobsonian base)
Communication and resolution were second to none. Amazing customer service.

These guys are just very helpful with any thing. Being new to telescopes and not understanding is as I needed to wasn't an issue. I would ask a question via email and they would ring me with answers. So very good and would defo recommend them.

Bought a Samsung micro sd card. When opened found it was faulty so contacted PicStop who eventually sent me a Freepost returns label. 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund! Conveniently, PicStop say my return has never been received despite me sending them my proof of postage. Have now contacted Fraud Action UK. First and last time I will buy from PicStop. Avoid!

Let down by John Lewis, I tried to order a memory card for my new camera from the PicStop website yesterday. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the transaction completing. I emailed PicStop last night, they rang me & left a message this morning, backed up with an email.
I couldn't return the call but emailed around 12 noon (their closing time for the Xmas break) Unbelievably, Paul called me back almost half an hour after his official finishing time & I was able to complete the transaction over the phone!
