Well done Customer Services
Unfortunately my first order for a complete desktop was dead on arrival so I chose a refund and instead ordered a motherboard bundle and case. I later realised that for certainty I needed a new PSU. Customer Services were able to allow me to cancel my order, although it was ready for despatch, and I was able to place a replacement order.
When the courier claimed to have "missed" me (despite my being by the door) Customer Services were able to go through the courier's office and persuade the driver to deliver my boxes within an hour.
After all this drama, the kit went together very easily and worked instantly. I now have the system I sought.
