Unfortunately my first order for a complete desktop was dead on arrival so I chose a refund and instead ordered a motherboard bundle and case. I later realised that for certainty I needed a new PSU. Customer Services were able to allow me to cancel my order, although it was ready for despatch, and I was able to place a replacement order.
When the courier claimed to have "missed" me (despite my being by the door) Customer Services were able to go through the courier's office and persuade the driver to deliver my boxes within an hour.
After all this drama, the kit went together very easily and worked instantly. I now have the system I sought.

Good communication. They let you know when the product has been despatched, delivery date and tracking info.

The site has a good range of products and their prices are competitive. Just a good all round experience.

I have not Novatech before but found this company very easy to do business with. Communication was excellent throughout.
I ordered an Asus ROG Strix 4080 Super OC which arrived exactly as expected, well packaged & on time.

The information on the website for the monitor was incorrect and you very nearly got it back.

These guys at reception are really helpful, they listen and offer solutions and quick fixes rather than take your machine in. If that doesn't work they will offer alternative solutions which will include receiving your machine. However, if it has to go in, the turn around was fast and efficient. I always recommend them to my friends. Novatech have come a long way since humble beginnings in Gosport.

Excellent service and very good price. Most helpful when enquiring on technical points. They use DPD courier so very reliable. Having had a bad experience with eBuyer I am unable to trust them again so tried Novatech and was rewarded with a really excellent service. I'm not going to try and save a few pennies in future and will always look to Novatech first

Through my credit card, I have reward scheme with a high street tech retailer beginning with C. I ordered a Iiyama gaming screen from C on 9th December for Christmas. It never arrived and it took me six weeks to get a refund, relying on credit card insurance to get C to move.
I will never use C again.
Novatech delivered same screen within one week, decently packaged. No trouble.

Novatech are always top notch for service and helpfulness. Have shopped with them now for over 14 years on 4 builds and three of them are still going strong(1 being a brand new build). The new build is excellent and whilst costing more on some aspects of the build, they were also cheaper in other areas but all in all really good value and the after sales service is top notch.

I've always liked Novatech. I've been a customer since 2010-2011. Maybe earler. I loved the shop they used to have outside Reading. Today - I think the Portsmouth shop is worth a visit if you like to browse. There aren't many places left where you can do that. I recently bought a Reign Gaming PC, and I think it's excellent. I was worried it might be noisy and power hungry, but it's not the case. It came with a nice clean Windows install without annoying botherware, and plays games way better than anything I've had before. Also, since I'm paying out a good deal of money, I wanted the 3yr guarantee.
