Although my parcel was delayed I want…

Although my parcel was delayed I want to say a massive thank you to Joyce in the delivery tracking team. She went above and beyond in helping me and had some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, what a legend! If John Lewis have a recognition scheme for their coworkers I would love for Joyce to be acknowledged in this as a thank you for being really great, Thank you Joyce, (the persons who’s parcel mistakenly got sent to Birmingham)

Excellent Customer Service from Nottingham branch.

Having ordered a TV from John Lewis Nottingham only yesterday I then decided today that I preferred another model. I contacted Customer Services but wasn't able to speak to anyone ot the Nottingham branch. The person I did speak to did however arrange for Customer Services at Nottingham to contact me which they did. The person who called me Bernadette was simply fantastic in every way and I'm happy to say arranged for both the cancellation and the new order. Thank you so much Bernadette as life no longer very easy to deal with these sorts of problems or to try and speak to someone at local level.

Customer Service is no longer there

The beloved John Lewis has dropped its standards and customer service is no longer what it used to be. I used to not worry about paying the extra to buy products from John Lewis as their customer service was amazing. Well its dropped tragically with call centres in SA and uncaring staff who are unwilling to help I had a horrific time trying to buy a TV.

Good customer experience

Being my first time online shopping with John lewis I am impressed with their service.I had two orders ,one of which I had to return due to size unfortunately. The whole process was hassle free and very efficient.
Excellent. I will shop again in the future with confidence.

It's always a pleasure shopping at John Lewis, whether in person or online. I feel confident about the quality of the items JL sells and they've always dealt with any minor problems very helpfully.

The care and help from the assistants…

The care and help from the assistants throughout Nottingham store.
We were allowed to take our dog into the store which was amazing as we live too far away to leave at home
The quality of the goods is always reliable
We would like to tank Harminder from the large electrical department for taking such care of us

Good quality clothes [JL own brand]

Good quality women clothes [JL own brand] and reasonable price. I would have given five stars but some JL women trousers vary in size and with some a bigger size is required. I therefore had to send back some and order again in a bigger size.This time order came at different times which was frustrating hence only four stars

Brand review

Your drivers have no regard for the rules of the road, least of all driving restrictions for goods vehicles. This driver, too lazy to stick to the actual road, blocked all free flowing traffic.
Once he forced all the oncoming cars to reverse up a blind hill with multiple bends he then swerved out of the road creating a huge issue for people on the road. Absolute idiot.

Doing damage to your brand.

Shocking customer service

Shocking. I purchased expensive tech (quest 3) and it's under 60 days old, and faulty (hardware). Eventually get through to someone who could assist, and Ibwas told to go directly to manufacture and there's no UK contact number. Two year warranty, yeah what a joke that it. Obviously avoiding their CRA obligations. Even when challenged.

Excellent night shirt

Bought a night shirt. Lovely garment. Not cheap but wonderful quality fabric, design and making up. As described on the website. Sizing great.

Free postage as over £50. Packaged appropriately and arrived within a week.

Carry on impressing shoppers John Lewis

Whether it’s on line or in store John Lewis provides plenty of shopping inspiration. Service is usually five star although some departments are sparsely manned (jewellery) whilst others such as Mulberry are the opposite with partners standing by or chatting. I hope I will always be impressed with John Lewis as a portal of quality and variety.

I bought a samsung laptop from john…

I bought a samsung laptop from john lewis only a couple of years ago. I find now that I am unable to do certain tasks such as transfer my pictures from my samsung phone. Ive been told the windows operating system installed on the laptop is from 2007 and that is whats causing the problem. Im feel very let down with john lewis selling items that have such old operating sysems.

You expect John Lewis to be customer…

You expect John Lewis to be customer focused but this is just not the case. They installed a dishwasher in my property but failed to attach the waste pipe resulting in flooding and damage to my floor but refused to accept responsibility saying “you’re free to take legal advice”. Thank you John Lewis.

Superb Service From John Lewis.

Purchased a new washing machine on line. Paid for installation and to dispose of old washing machine. Fully kept up to date by text and a 2 hour delivery slot was given the day before delivery. Driver called on the day 25 minutes before arrival. Washing machine was installed and a full explanation and demo was given. All packing was taken away with the old machine. How to contact if anything goes wrong was given. Full marks for John Lewis. From ordering to installation was simple and I would highly recommend and use John Lewis again. Thank you.

Modified Rapture

Taking in an item that was still under guarantee was fine, with excellent service.... going to get it back, with only two people on the Tech Support team and over 8 people waiting - some must have waited over an hour... was not so good. Living locally, I was able to go back on another day, and collect it immediately!

Fast and efficient online service - one of the best!

JL are quick to deliver bought items to my local Waitrose store for free. I only had one return to make and with the free tracked label l was able to return it to my Waitrose store and received te refund very quickly. A very reliable and quick service and they always have helpful and friendly support staff if you need to speak with them on the phone, couldn't wish for anything better.

Purchased my iPhone via click and collect

Purchased my iPhone from John Lewis and I must say that the whole experience was first class. I placed my order online click and collect, this system is very easy and straightforward to use. My order was in my chosen JL store for collection the next day, as advised. Staff were very polite and friendly, excellent service all round. Would recommend
