Although my parcel was delayed I want to say a massive thank you to Joyce in the delivery tracking team. She went above and beyond in helping me and had some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, what a legend! If John Lewis have a recognition scheme for their coworkers I would love for Joyce to be acknowledged in this as a thank you for being really great, Thank you Joyce, (the persons who’s parcel mistakenly got sent to Birmingham)
