!!! Good riddance!!

Good riddance to a absolutely diabolical company and unhelpful staff!!

I was left out of pocket and holding a damaged monitor that was a Christmas present for my son. Box refused to accept any returns and made no attempt to try and do the right thing.

Samsung Galaxy tablet

Ordered Samsung Galaxy tablet. Initially not in stock and prompt refund of money. Item then became available so re-ordered. A short delay in delivery prompted me to contact sales team. Issue immediately sorted, item received and apology received. Could not fault Box despite the hiccough. The whole process was painless.

I love the laptop

I love the laptop, Lenovo LOQ gaming thing with i7 inside and 16gb RAM. It fits the bill perfectly for hours of virtual goblin killing, plus the usual boring jobs. The only negative was delivery by dpd, who 'missed us' once (drove past and photographed another house) but it got rescheduled and delivered soon after. If you use dpd, yodel or whoever, it is worth getting the apps for better tracking. Box Ltd however did us proud and it's a jolly good machine for the money.

Ordering was a no brainier

Ordering was a no brainier, easy to follow and great price. I was kept informed throughout the delivery. When I opened the parcel the box was very dirty, obviously been on a shelf for sometime.
I installed the units which required online upgrades. I’m glad I had a techie back ground. Overall, the procedure was smooth not sure how old the purchase was. But it’s up and working fine.

Bought a defective PC

Bought a defective PC
As per the title I was sold a defective PC that constantly dies. Only thing I can deduce from the issue is complete lack of thermals, one exhaust fan and a defective GPU cooler. and now the company has gone into solvency. GG to anyone who had an ongoing order. i've seen they are still advertising and taking orders on third party sites.

Excellent customer service and great value for money

I ordered a Logitech wireless mouse which was one of the cheapest I could find online. The mouse arrived the next day, ahead of expectation. Initially I thought there was a part missing so I phoned the Box sales help line. Within an hour I received an emailed response explaining where the part was located within the mouse. The mouse was working immediately . I have now been using the mouse for two weeks The mouse is well constructed, robust and works very well. Overall excellent value for money

We returned a computer which was under…

We returned a computer which was under warranty. Return courier was arranged by BOX. DPD managed to completely smash the computer. No one took responsibility and we were left without a PC. Said I would never use them again. From this experience not surprised that they have gone bust.

Purchases from Box Outlet

Purchased two items within the last three weeks (both covered in this review) from the outlet. Arrived promptly, well packaged and as described. No visible marks of wear and/or tear and as of today both working perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Box outlet. Thank you.

Great Customer Service

Bought an open box computer from the website and paid extra for next day delivery before 12pm. Unfortunately a security check prevented it from shipping (and the office was closed over the weekend and new year's day). However, a call on the next working day was answered quickly, my extra shipping charges refunded and received the package the following day.

Good supplier, good product.

I don't think a purchasing experience can ever be described as "great", but if the seller supplies a good product quickly without fuss, then it's satisfactory. I wanted a new Synology Diskstation as an upgrade to my old one, I knew what I wanted and Box had it at a good price, although I waited unsuccessfully for the price to come down around Black Friday. It was delivered in three days and I got it working in a couple of days without trouble.

Gigabyte NVidia GTX 1660 Super - Excellent Service!

Bought an upgrade Nvidia graphics card to replace my starter one, and the service was great! I got free shipping, which said was to arrive on Thursday. Understandable, considering I ordered it on a Sunday, quite late in the day too.

Then I got a text notification from DPD the next day to say my package from Box would be delivered that day; I was extremely pleasantly surprised!

Definitely would recommend this outlet for any tech part needs!

Communication was decent

Communication was decent. Delayed slightly because of Christmas holidays. PC was easy to set up and arrived quickly once dispatched. Only hiccup is that the plug provided had no fuse in it! Got us a little worried when it was not power on initially…then we noticed the fuse.

I bought a couple of PC components from Box. The overall transaction was easy and faultless. The components were very competitively priced. The total cost of the parts were less than £50, so I had to pay shipping charges, however the cost was very reasonable, given it was close to Christmas time and was also next-day delivery. All in all, very happy with using Box.

Just bought a custom made desktop from…

Just bought a custom made desktop from box.co.uk, from the beginning of building my PC till the moment I got it I had the best experience ever. Customer service was great, called about my new build and was told that the CPU fan was not going to fit my build so was given couple of choices to replace it with not extra fees to pay. Even though the new build was not promised to arrive before Christmas I got it the day before after speaking with Georgia on the phone she promised to talk with the building team to make it in time for Christmas and it sure did, thank you for everything top customer service.

It was five days before Christmas

It was five days before Christmas, I was in a panic as my son wanted a 4K monitor for his Xbox, and I was running out of time! Stumbled across Box.co.uk, never heard of them before. They had exactly what I was looking for and a priority post option, so decided to take a chance. Glad I did, tracking said when parcel would arrive, it did, and son grunted his approval on Xmas Day. Everything went super smoothly and I'll definitely use Box in the future. Five stars!

Unboxed Printer

My printer of several years had finally given up, so I was looking around for a replacement. The family were already using an Epson 3105 and I was trying to find a cheap deal. Box had a Epson WorkForce WF-2930DWF which includes an ADF and a better keyboard than the 3105 that was CHEAPER than the 3105!

Arrived next day in a very slightly battered box, but the printer was fully wrapped with all the traveling tapes and expanded polystyrene in place, unopened ink cartridges and power cable.

Very pleased to have got an up market printer at a really excellent price.

Product was in perfect condition. I got a discount because someone didn't like a broken packing box. I paid for economy shipping yet received in about two working days. Superb, I'll be back......

Excellent price, quick delivery and kept informed.

I wanted to receive the Hohem iSteady M6 gimbal kit within two days and the lowest price I could find. Amazon could provide it but at the standard RRP. I came across Box late in the evening at a very low price (£60 off RRP). It was delivered in two days and I was kept informed of the delivery stages, even to the point of the hour I was to receive my delivery

I have used this company for a while…

I have used this company for a while now & I don't have a problem with them I have had a problem with a product a long time ago & they sorted it out very prompt & swiftly with a replacement unit.
Box is always prompt & polite I would use again & tell others too so keep up the good work many thanks.

Good range of PCs but poor after sales experience

Like:
Pre-sales service was great - asked for advice and they responded quickly
It was easy to order
The prices were very competitive
Good selection of PCs for many price ranges
Delivery went smoothly (although it arrived a day earlier than requested which may sound a bonus but not when you've asked for a specific day so you can be there)
My daughter is pleased with the PC now it is working

Dislike:
After sales service wasn't good when we had a problem with the PC that arrived - it took 5 days to resolve after many calls, emails and raising a dispute through PayPal. It was sorted eventually but I'd expected better over a simple issue of a missing Windows 11 key.
