I've been using kinguin for quite a long time now, and I've never had a problem.
The prices are fair and the process is safe and efficient. (I pay and I always received my game code in 5 minutes max)
The paiement options are nice as well and also safe (ex PayPal)
Would absolutely recommend to anyone whose budget is a little tight (especially if you can't wait for a sale on steam!)

Codes I've received have always worked, and the support staff have been very friendly and helpful on making things right off there's ever an issue or even a misunderstanding on my part.

Buying experience is great. Wished there were more information on shared licensing because that seems to be fishy when I read the fine prints. Ultimately, bought the full license to be safe.

Made me sign up due to the lack of payment options. It advertised paypal as a payment method but when I went to checkout it did NOT have a paypal option. The price significantly changed after I logged in (about 18% price increase which was not shown earlier) and it also added by itself a random 5€ game which was supposed to be "free" although it wasn't. I got furious by this and decided to delete my account, but there is no "delete account option" and I can't unlink my Paypal/Google accounts. This site is an absolute scam do NOT use.

I purchased the wrong type of product for my system. Before I claimed it, they had a make sure this is what you want confirmation prompt. It wasn’t. I requested refund, and they handled everything after that. Good quick service. I have been a customer of theirs for years, this just confirms that I made the right choice.

I bought an item from them and unfortunately could not make it work. I requested a refund and it took less than 20 minutes to receive a refund.
The item I got unfortunately had an issue with it, and they made up for it with great customer service. This is why they get 5 stars, even if there was an issue with my item.

I accidently bought a wrong region Xbox Game Pass Core key. I have claimed the product, after I realized this. I contacted the support, and they answered the next day. They offered me that they can put the unused key up for resale, and when the resale is finished, they fund my Kinguin balance (in store currency). The resell took 3 days. Overall I'm very satisfied, the support team was nice, and they solved my problem.

Selling keys that are free and they sell them for a AAA prioce against the rules or teh acceptance of the devs.
ask personal information to give refunds and then refuse to give them with excuses , i have lost already 1 week with this guys and nothing happened so i had to contact paypal to take actions against them.
had 2 more pré orders and i am going to ask refund immediatly on them because i dont want to have anything to do with a place like this and with this kind of attitude. ID RUR2AFF53754

Great prices on keys, up front pricing, and I've never had a scenario where I was stuck with a key I couldn't use. If I ever had an issue, the step-by-step guides to solve most problems have almost always fixed my problem, or I found another solution by a Google search.

I've learned about them on Toms Hardware and decided to try. They saved my unsuccessful attempt of Windows 10 reactivation after hardware change (this failed even though I followed Microsoft instructions). I had a choice either to switch to Linux or to try getting Windows License at a huge discount at Kinguin. I was suspicious at first, but it worked flawlessly!

Well, I won't write a novel, so short things short: It's simple and uncomplicated. I bought a game for less than half the price and it took me without exaggerating 3 minutes from buying to actually installing on steam. If you count in the time I was checking all the different versions of the game it took me 8 minutes.

I like that they offer cheaper keys to new games, that if bought from other platforms would cost much much more. I like the sites' support. Whenever I've had a problem they would resolve it. I'm giving the site 4 out of 5, because the last time I tried to buy games it didn't gave me an option to pay with card. The only payment method closer to paying with card was PayPal. Overall, the site is great and I'm gonna continue buying games from it!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Kinguin. I purchased a game key that turned out to be a duplicate, preventing me from unlocking the game. After contacting customer service, I requested a new, working key. Instead, I was offered a refund.
To my great frustration, I cannot transfer this refund to my bank account, and the amount I received is less than what I originally paid. This means that if I want to purchase the same game again, I will have to pay more than the refund amount. This feels incredibly unfair, and I am very unhappy with how this situation has been handled.
After receiving the refund, I sent another email requesting only a new key instead of the refund, but I did not receive any response. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional.
