Very generous solution for out of stock item

A few days after making an online payment, it turned out that the product was no longer available. iBood then made a more than generous financial offer, which allowed me to order from another supplier. I have never experienced such extensive customer friendliness. This is an online company with real and honest people. I hope your business continues in this way and may exist for a long time.

I ordered an Belkin Iphone charging…

I ordered an Belkin Iphone charging cable for 7€. The original price they stated was way higher than the normal online price (70€ vs 20€), but 7€ including delivery was extremely cheap. They delivered very fast via DHL. So overall, extremely fast delivery and a extremely low price, I don’t see any way to give less than five stars.

Trustworthy

I ordered a blender that was significantly cheaper here than on other sites. I was a bit skeptical as I had just been scammed (on another site) but everything worked out very well and I had my order in a few days. So I can only recommend it.

Bad packaging of goods

Yes, you can score a good deal here, but at the cost of the shipping quality. Do not buy anything that can be broken in transit because they pack things in flimsy boxes completely unsecured rolling around inside and send it with DHL (who also don't care if your package comes in one piece).

Quick delivery

Ordered on Friday, received on Monday morning and the package is intact.
The microphone seems to be of a fairly good quality. I need to do further testing but for a simple conference call it worked very well.

Not the best price

Slogan: The Best Online Offers!
Reality: Found the same product cheaper on Amazon right after purchasing from here. Contacted them via WhatsApp, and their response was 'These things happen.' Definitely not the cheapest and my trust is gone

I’ve received used item

The jacket I’ve ordered was with the mess in the pocket (a receipt from AH), so I got used clothes

iBOOD uses the worst parcel delivery company, once again I receive a message that the parcel has been delivered, but I don't have the parcel, I stay at home all day and wait. Well done iBOOD and DHL, you deserve each other

Unfortunately yet another failed delivery.

Unfortunately yet another failed delivery. I ordered 2 sets of glasses, but the package wasn't properly marked. No "fragile" or "glass" sticker, even though the delivery is expensive. Therefore the delivery guy just threw the package above the fence and shattered everything inside. For the outcome I equally blame both the delivery company (which last time stole items from my package) and IBOOD for not properly mark the precious cargo.
