Incorrect goods ordered
I don’t know what happened when I ordered slippers but I had selected size 10.5, later I was running through my emails and glanced at the GoGroupie voucher redemption email and noticed that it said size 4 which I hadn’t when redeeming. I then messaged GoGroupie customer service asking if they could get the order changed, giving the reason, that was Sunday evening. First thing Monday morning (9.17 am) I received an email from Taya in the customer service team explaining that they couldn’t change the order but she had cancelled it and I would receive a full refund. Very efficient and the emails were a pleasant personal style, not the one reply fits all.
