I don’t know what happened when I ordered slippers but I had selected size 10.5, later I was running through my emails and glanced at the GoGroupie voucher redemption email and noticed that it said size 4 which I hadn’t when redeeming. I then messaged GoGroupie customer service asking if they could get the order changed, giving the reason, that was Sunday evening. First thing Monday morning (9.17 am) I received an email from Taya in the customer service team explaining that they couldn’t change the order but she had cancelled it and I would receive a full refund. Very efficient and the emails were a pleasant personal style, not the one reply fits all.

Some of the prices seem quite reasonable, until you add on the postage charges, then they do not seem so cheap. Many items can be purchased in the online market place with free postage, perhaps GoGroupie should consider this.

Goods ordered are fab and worth the money. Shame the packaging was squashed and would have liked updates to say when item was out for delivery, other than that good experience

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven't received the item. There has been no communication since payment and payment alone was confusing.
Needs to be updated and made easier, unless this site is a scam

the products are ok, the postage is costly!! which is why i dont order much. it is confusing to order. why not add order cost and postage together to make things easier.

Could not remember if I added the size and colour of sandals ordered. Sent an email as per the item bought.
Received an e-mail to say the request was received.
Felt reassured and comfortable.

What’s not to like ? You get a comprehensive description of the item your buying and when it arrives it is the same item your saving money too and you have no hidden charges to bear I have bought from gogroopie now and I will continue to buy from them quality goods and quality service too

I thought I had ordered something but apparently I hadn't completed the transaction properly. They took my money. I didn't receive anything. I complained. They offered me 50% discount off next purchase. What a scam.

This company has lots of reasonably priced items for sale. Some worth it but some are a disappointment. I have had lots of things from them. Mostly I have been happy with.
Using their site is very easy.

I ordered 3 items and was charged postage on each item of 2x £3,99 and 1x£2.99.
It’s the last time I shop here. BTW I was going to order 2 more of the first item.

I ordered 4 pillows on 17th April and paid £12.99 plus £5.99 I now cannot get my money back for a non delivery and the company are saying that, 2 things, I ordered over a month ago and, the lying bit, that the order was 12 months ago every time I send an email they refer me to the company that was supposed to supply the pillows and they want me to put myself out to really send them copies of my vouchers. DO NOT USE GOGROOPIE

It was easy to order the item hopefull to have a size chart and they said the item I will receive in two weeks at the latest had a discount on item and voucher as well

Ordered the rose bush on 4th May. Have just received email stating the "merchant" is unable to supply!
