Seems they have GONE OUT OF BUSINESS…

Seems they have GONE OUT OF BUSINESS yet still taking orders.
My order that I paid for never ARRIVED (listed as in stock and arriving in 3 days), no reply to my emails, the contact form on their website isn't working. There have been no updates to any of their social media accounts since August 2022, when they were active on it prior to this. There is a phone number but it is engaged at all hours, I called numerous times including out of hours and always engaged. Very suspicious. I will be informing trading standards etc, this place should be shut down. No order and no communication.

Big SCAM avoid at all costs. I've never had this happen before. One call to the number and its engaged. DO NOT USE!!!!

BRILLIANT!

BRILLIANT!

I'd never heard of this website but had best price for the game by a significant amount. Had various payment options.
I was kept up to date by email from the order to dispatch to delivery. Arrived really quickly.
I'd DEFINITELY use them again.

Rubbish

Made a order on 28th September, got email confirmation, next thing I know order cancelled no notification, no explanation, doesn’t answer emails, phone constantly busy.
Would not recommend, trash company, take your money else where.

Cannot fault,
very competative pricing and free delivery, this was the cheapest option on the the internet i could find and I did spend a considerable amount of time searching for the best price.
Best price delivered when promised. 10/10

Good price and fast delivery

The package arrived before the delivery time, which was a nice surprise since its normal delivery was fast as it was.
The products was just as described, in brand new condition and of good quality.
This might or might not be out of the seller's hands, but the only detail with the product's packaging was that it stated that it came with a type C usb but it comes with a mini USB. The product in question was the Cable Guy Banjo Kazooie controller holder.
Other than that, everything was great, would buy from them again.

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!
I only took a chance as they had a PayPal option and thank god I did.
They messaged after taking my money to say they had over committed on stock and they would have to refund me.
After 5 days of my PayPal payment still pending I phoned PayPal to me told they were not able to get the money back from this company but because of their protection policy they refunded me while I waited on the phone.
Again do not use!

The product was in perfect condition…

The product was in perfect condition and delivery was faster than expected. The only reason for not giving 4 🌟 is because there was no clue anywhere on the box to say that the parcel was for me. Luckily after looking for a clue for about 10 minutes the lady in Argos asked me to describe the item in order to be able to collect it. A little weird but hopefully I am the only one this happened to. Still, can't say I'm 100% satisfied with the service.

Communication non existent

Communication from / to G2G is non existent. Contact numbers are always closed. Emails sent no answer. So if you want to contact them forget it. Saying that the postage was very good. Mind you I did pay for it.

Excellent Customer Service

I was a bit worried to order an expensive headset at first, after seeing a few reviews dissing the customer service if something went wrong. Well, something did go wrong as I received the wrong headset!
I've contacted the support team and they replied to me WITHIN AN HOUR apologizing for the mistake and explaining how to return the item (for free!). They've sent the correct item even before receiving my return (just had to send the receipt from the post office).
Very professional and extremely fast to reply, I will definitely order again with my mind at peace.
Once again: excellent customer service!!

Don’t know till you try

First time of using this company, even though it is quite local to me,so didn’t know what to expect. The time scale caught me out a bit, so make sure you understand this. Even so, good company,does what it says but I wish it was quicker

Very helpful and quick to resolve my issue

I bought a Nintendo switch controller from them a few months ago. One of the buttons got stuck so I sent it back to them for repair. They quickly resolved the issue by sending me a new one! Adam was very helpful via email, I’d highly recommend using them.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish

Ordered two different products from Go2Games as different times. Seamless ordering process and very fast delivery. Customer service is fantastic and response time on social media is far above par compared to other company’s. Will be using Go2Games as my go to shop for anything in this category I need and would advise everyone to do the same as you won’t be disappointed.

Bought a ps5 controller from them

Bought a ps5 controller from them. It came boxed and pretty much in great condition. Arrived on time within two days.

The customer service was swift and aims to respond asap.

Awesome Service

I had never heard of this website before and I was a little worried that the Series S I ordered wouldn't even come.

However, it came the very next day AND I was able to use Klarna's pay-in-three.

A nice review somewhere was the least I could do :)
