Had my Finlux tv 8 years and love it

Had my Finlux tv 8 years and is brilliant, sound not great but add a soundbar, mine is 40 inch and was sound on sound tv of the year, nice chrome centre consul that swivels, been a nice tv.

Poor

Could not order online as some web issue or something but wouldnt take my order only premium rate tel number so used live chat explaining situation asking to be contacted so that i could order and rec response. Sorry to hear of these issues however we are unable to take tel orders. This guy must have had extensive training. Ha ha their loss i will buy elsewhere.

We are not able to take orders via telephone for security reasons, and all orders have to be processed online. Our telephone number is a national rate number, and not a premium rate telephone number.

Our agent did try to assist on Live Chat, but on this occasion the chat did not progress to enable us to talk you through the online ordering process.

Lightning fast super customer service

Bought 3 Tv's all arrived - 2 installed & working - fantastic VFM. unfortunately the 3rd a 65" screen was not working but from the simple online chat and then with Kasey's super fast replies & actions all resolved within hours, not days but hours. Many thanks for your help Kasey. We shall certainly return. This is what customer service is about response and resolve. 😀

22FCE274B-NCUSB problem

TV unable to play or write to usb devices. Contacted online chat support (Sundy morning crew) and was helped by a very patient Becky. A few simple questions not asked in a patronising way (you know the type, just asking the next question on the list regardless of previous answer). Finished chat feeling like a valued customer. A very pleasant change - thanks Becky. Hopefully the emailed firmware update will resolve the issue ..... I could be back with more.

Excellent TVs and above and beyond post-sales

Bought a TV for our daughter's bedroom. It has loads of extras that allow her to use the internet, connect to our home hub to watch downloaded films etc etc. When she managed to somehow lose the remote, I approached Finlux looking to buy a replacement but was sent one gratis. Very unexpectedly pleasing after sales.

Bought 32” tv poor quality for the…

Bought 32” tv poor quality for the price compared with the competition who provide really good tv at cheaper prices.
The audio socket on rear of tv broke 0n second week of use and on contacting manufacturers I was informed it was caused by misuse and the would not replace or repair . So now I have had to use glue & tape to hold in place
Would not recommend this brand to anyone

Awful Sound and terrible choices in the sound menu

Finlux is an okay tv, but awful to connect - I can’t make my tv speakers shut up - only by turning down speaker volume on the tv, which means that I can’t control my soundbar sound with my remote.
I’ve already chosen external speakers as the option, but the tv speakers still want to interfere.. So if you are thinking about buying a large tv - you’ll cheat yourself if you want good sound and few remote controls.

Outstanding product and quality of customer service.

I bought a 42" 3D smart TV a few years ago from Finlux and the wifi dongle developed a fault. Within 2 minutes of clicking web chat Abbi had requested my address and a replacement part free of charge in an envelope and on the way to me. Delightful customer service. Hands down beats the competition for quality, service, design and price. Do not hesitate to buy you won't regret it. Great job Abbi. Finlux management - great job, great training and service. Thank you.

great customer after sales

Needed to contact regarding a couple of items.

Contacted initially via the online chat to request a VAT invoice which was sorted.

Contacted again by online chat as we had not added a free small tv to our order. Spoke to Kasey who added to our order straight away.

Failed to deliver on four separate occasions

Failed to deliver on three occasions, each time my wife had to take a day off work. Contacted Finlux, the staff were very friendly but where unable to do anything. As I needed the set delivered in time for my daughter's birthday it was suggested that I cancel the order and order a different model (more expensive) to "guarantee" delivery the next day, Saturday. Needless to say the delivery failed to turn up again! In the end I cancelled that order as well and bought elsewhere. Still waiting for refund ten days later.

Customer Service

I purchased a 49" TV from Finlux unfortunately the stand legs were to wide for the ledge it had to go on, my fault not theirs. I emailed Finlux customer care and talked to a young lady called Kasey, she couldn't have been more helpful, she has arranged for the TV to be returned. Well done Finlux and Thank you Kasey, will certainly recommend to friends and family.

In time, you will regret buying Finlux

I would have given zero stars if I could. Sound is diabolical, like an old transistor radio. The picture is ok but nothing special. The build quality is appalling. I bought mine less than 2 years ago, and the pixels are already failing. I wrote to finlux but they were no help at all. There are much better choices out there for a similar price; so leave Finlux well alone!!!
If you want peace of mind when buying your audio/visual, head over to Richer Sounds as they give you a free 6 year parts and labour guarantee, AND sell only quality stuff!!

Brilliant in every regard

I bought a brilliant tv from Finlux and unfortunately something went wrong. I eent onto the live chat section of the website and 'Becky' was extremely helpful in getting it fixed. Would definately recommend them. Customer support is brilliant and products couldnt be better. Great value

LOST REMOTE

Bought this TV for our caravan a few months ago and absolutely love it. Well packaged, very lightweight and slim with an excellent picture. Wherever we are, we're able to pick up brilliant channels. Absolutely delighted. Unfortunately my husband lost the remote control, so after deciding to let him live a little longer, I contacted the company for their help. I chatted with Kasey, who was absolutely charming and extremely helpful and is providing me with a replacement. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

Fault with tv.

My tv is only 4 months old but has developed a fault. I contacted Finlux via live chat and had an immediate response from Becky who was extremely helpful and hopefully once I receive the update required via email the issues will be resolved. Excellent service today.

Recently bought a 49 inch smart TV, punctual delivery and pretty much satisfied with this product...very happy ! Not to talk about Finlux apps I downloaded in either phone and tablet, it's quicker and easier to control your TV, good customer service

Finlux TV or Remote not working

I contacted Finlux support this morning as I could not power up my 32F80072-T. I received an email response very promptly which provided me with comprehensive and clear advice on how to proceed. Following the guidance from Lee's email, I quickly established that the remote control was not working properly. I then contacted Lee again via the chat option and within seconds he had agreed with my diagnosis and said he would send me a replacement. I am particularly happy with the support options available from Finlux and the great service I received from Lee. Thanks, David Rudling

Great service

Had a finlux tv for 3 years with no problems at all. My wife and myself shearing not so good now , so I contacted finlux support to ask advice about a sound bar. I " chatted" to someone called terry who gave me some great advice and answered my questions promptly and clearly. Great service, Dave from pontypool

Fantastic support

We had a problem connecting to the Internet via the wifi on our new Finlux 42" TV. I consulted Kasey through the online support live chat option. Her response was immediate and her knowledge of our issues and the resolution on how to fix it were impecible. Her suggestion worked first time and we're now up and running. If anyone else has an issue with their Finlux tv I would definitely recommend the live chat option.

Excellent support service

I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I am forced to. Today I went online to see if I could find a new remote for my 8 year ld Finlux TV. Decided to chat to someone in support and upon asking for help was tolad that a new remote was to be dispached to me.
Great service and a special mention to Demi who was the person on chat who was very helpful, polite and quickly sorted my request.
5 stars earned indeed!
