The worst in Glasgow

The worst in Glasgow. EE is the most expensive but the most blackmailer and exploiter network. I complained many times is last 10 days, I sent emails in 4 different email addresses of staff but they highly unprofessional people did not responded. I moved Glasgow from Manchester, there is extremely poor network here, I requested for puck code but EE is asking for £899 against my two numbers. Worst customer care. I advise people do not buy this expensive Fraud.

My acc no: GB214056150. EE Nightmare

Ordered EE broadband, it was useless, cancelled my order next day. EE took first monthly payment anyway after me cancelling! Been waiting 6 weeks for a refund. Called EE 10 times to remind them to refund me, a different excuse given every time why no refund given.
The worst, most disorganised company I’ve dealt with.

Diabolical Customer Service

What this company has done is very cleverly taken away the ability to interact with a human being when you are trying to get customers service.

They sent a security alert to me and when I followed it up they sent me to their website.

Forcing someone to scroll through your website is not customer service so you can avoid pay staff to speak on the phone, whilst your CEO gets reward record bonuses for his incompetence, is not customer service. It's manipulation and time wasting of the worst kind.

But then who am I to complain. I'm just customer aren't I?

And customers don't create profits, they create problems don't they?

They are worst thieving mobile service provider. Will charge you and not provide a service. Wont let you leave the contract. Unethical providers. Ended up paying £60 a month for 24 months.

SERIOUS DATA BREACH

Still receiving fraudulent letters. I even contacted the CEO via Twitter and now they’ve begun to ignore me.

Account suspension letters have also been coming which say the next step is to send the debt to a debt collection agency.

(It was an employee using my address to commit some sort of fruad)

EE is expensive for sure!

I have been with EE for the past 5 years tried every network before EE but EE has been the best!
Now I have 5 contracts with them but they are costing me too much for sim only deals, so now having to move to other networks but would be amazing if sim only deals where decent enough like other networks so I didn’t have to get my kids on different networks… otherwise 5️⃣⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an absolutely dreadful company

What an absolutely dreadful company, didn’t think BT could get any worse. Staff rude and aggressive. Been trying to resolve an issue of their making, their error for 7 months now, even a manager told me it had been resolved, but lies. I will now have to go to the ombudsman to resolve but, my advice, keep away from EE, I have spent at least 40 plus hours trying to resolve, that’s a weeks worth of salary they owe me!

The customer service nightmare.Long waiting times and unhelpfull representatives who seem more interested in passing the buck than resolving my issues.

BUYERS BEWARE

BUYERS BEWARE! Over the past couple of years, EE’s customer service has completely gone out the window. I believe that the problem has been exacerbated by the recent merger between BT and EE. As an EE mobile phone customer of more than a decade, I now have to spend hours trying to rectify bill-related problems on the phone. With complete disregard for customer loyalty, EE locks you into confusing contracts without adequately alerting you that the term is about to end, which means that you risk overpaying your bills for months if not years. Once you discover it, they will not refund you nor fairly credit your account. Our family has Vodafone and O2 as network providers as well, and both are infinitely more reliable, affordable and customer friendly. I highly recommend avoiding EE as they overcharge you and waste your time.

Upsetting, rude and weirdly unhelpful…

I find my self really quite upset after several online orders that result in badgering calls from EE staff in my attempt to purchase a SIM card. The staff are so unpleasant and make it so hard to purchase anything. Crazy really. I miss Plusnet!

Terrible EE service and poor equipment

Shocking customer service and very poor equipment provided. Three months ago we changed internet provider from BT to BT EE in this time we have had three adapters to enable the router to connect with the phone as both the internet and the phones are regularly disconnected. We have now waited an hour for the customers services to answer the phone {the wait time is now standard } and we have now have to purchased digital phones.

This company is rancid to its core

This company is rancid to its core. Call centre staff are incompetent and rude.

Called and texted 3 times to change contract to sim only deal, despite this they are still changing me nearly £70 when it should be closer to £12.

Called twice to change named owner of account so I could speak to the staff about my own account they failed to do this so I was unable to amend data roaming settings so missed my flight in a foreign country and had an autistic meltdown causing massive emotional distress and missed time from work potentially impacting my job

This is after years of nothing but problems and an utter lack of respect from EE for their customers

From top down this organisation is atrocious

Avoid like the plague

So far excellent

So far excellent, I am a bit of a nerd and can honestly say whilst far for m perfect ee is at least consistent. I found other providers had moments of very fast 5g but they do not make up for the shocking contention and peek times no use at all. Ee on the other hand, offers a stable reliable and whilst not always the fastest it's always useable ie you don't start buffering and having to speed test. Oh and whilst many may not understand this ee has offered proper volte and WiFi calling across the entire network regardless of device package. Do not be fooled by cheap prices why do we still need WiFi in this day and age? Because the mobile network in the UK suffers contention, ee has in my opinion gone the correct path in it's approach in that majority of users on ee will never have the issues that the others have.

Next day delivery shambles

Ordered a PS5 from the online store and paid £10 for next day delivery. The next day they email me saying I need to provide a utility bill and passport copy for them to release the order, unbelievable!! I've already paid for the order in full..... I finally did send the documents but still no response just some robotic email and they are simply impossible to get through to on the phone. Now been 2 days since I paid for next day delivery - AVOID

Loyalty? Not anymore

I've been with EE for 12 years and have often thought about walking away due to better offers but a sense of loyalty has always made stay. After my experience today that loyalty has gone and I will be on my way. After speaking to an advisor about potential deals on a new phone, he could only offer me a modest saving on my existing deal, which I was initially happy to go with. However after sending me through the documents he failed to mention that the speed I would receive would be drastically throttled back to what I can currently receive. I told him I wasn't happy to proceed at which point his demeanour changed from being friendly and chatty to downright rude, he sorted me a PAC code then muttered "Well you might has well take other deals then" before proceeding to finish with "Right it's done. Bye".
