  Can I use Sky discount codes on a broadband and line rental bundle?

  How can I work out the best Sky deal for me?

  Head to the deals section on the Sky website, which lets you filter for the device you’ll be using too. Choose between TV, TV and broadband, just broadband and mobile options. Below that are lots of deals and price bundles, including Ultimate TV which covers an entertainment package from both Sky and Netflix. There’s also Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, BT Sports and Kids deals, with prices set out per month for an 18-month plan.
  Alternatively, go for a package you build, tailoring Sky TV choices to your viewing preferences. It means you won’t waste money on channels you don’t watch.

  Do Sky offer mobile phone deals?

  Does Sky sell SIM only mobile phone plans?

  Absolutely, Sky sells SIM only plans which are charged per month and don’t require the purchase of a phone. Choose your plan based on the amount of data you’ll use and price you’re looking for, and you can even add in another sim or device too.

  Can I upgrade my Sky broadband?

  If you want to upgrade to Sky Fibre unlimited from Sky Broadband you might need a new Hub as only some Sky Hubs are fibre-ready. If you do need a new one then this will be provided for free but you'll need to cover the delivery charge.

  How quickly can I get Sky Broadband Unlimited?

  If you're upgrading to Broadband Unlimited from another Sky broadband package then it can take up to 48 hours to be activated.

  If you're a new Sky customer then the switch from your current provider to Sky will take about 2 weeks.

  When will Sky Fibre be in my area?

  It takes time to connect the whole country on a superfast broadband network like Sky Fibre and whilst nearly 28 million homes already have access (that’s about 95% of UK households), there’s still work to be done to get the coverage to every corner of the UK.   Can I change my broadband to Sky?

  Yes! Compare Sky Superfast broadband packages online, to get an idea for availability and price plans. They come with a Sky Promise too, focusing on providing you with superfast speeds, alongside good service, and value. Superfast broadband starts at £28 a month for 18 months, moving up to Ultrafast at £35 a month for 18 months and the fastest is Ultrafast Plus costing £45 a month for 18 months.

  How do I use an offer code on the Sky Store?

  Use your Sky offer by adding the Buy & Keep titles you want then go to Add Offer Code on the Order Summary page before you buy. You'll need to enter your Sky offer code online before you buy.

  How do I keep Sky when I move home without being charged any fees?

  Moving home is so expensive no matter where you’re moving to, there’s always hidden extra costs like connection or cancellation fees. Sky does away with those if you have a VIP account. With Sky VIP your home move will be arranged for free, all you need to do is give two week’s notice, your moving date, your new address and a date to switch off your old service.

  Where’s my nearest Sky store?

  Find your nearest Sky store by clicking on the Store Locator tab. Here you’ll add your postcode and hit search to see the closest shop.
