Everbuild CONPVA5 Contractors PVA can be used on canvas, cork, wood, and other porous surfaces in order to create a sealed area that can then be painted, plastered, or affixed to another item. It can also be used as a bonding agent, an admixture with cement, and to improve the flexibility of mortars and screeds. It's like having an all purpose glue and wall primer in one.

not for universal use
I purchased this product as it was advertised as "Univ...ersal" My understanding was that universal was suitable for outside cement bonding, but on reading the instructions, it stated that it was not suitable for wet areas. I was advised to send it back but who pays for that? I requested the replacement suitable for wet areas but I am still waiting . Universal wording should not be used unless it is suitable for wet or dry areas.
