An excellent value for money mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX brown switches. It really is a superior feel to standard membrane keyboards and is a pleasure to use. On at least a couple of occasions I've had colleagues say 'ooh, nice keyboard!' There are only two minor criticisms I can make First, upon connecting the keyboard the backlighting defaults to it's brightest setting, but this is easily adjustable with a few quick taps every time. It would have been perfect if the preference was remembered between sessions. I have the keyboard connect to a laptop dock, and every time I dock I find I need to turn down the brightness a little. Second, the 'shifted' symbols on the number row are very small and harder to see in comparison to the main lettering and sometimes I find myself looking closer at the keyboard to ensure the right symbol is selected. Not an issue if one is an experienced touch-typist, but personally speaking it slows me down a little as I can broadly touch type most of the time, but don't quite have the muscle memory for these types of characters. Overall, I would heartily recommend this keyboard.Read full review

This is my first Mechanical Keyboard. Before this, i was using Dell & Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard at work and home. I never considered spending 50+ on keyboard would justify the value, until I bought this one. The keyboard is heavy weight, compared to all my other non-mechanic ones. The build quality is superb and keys are responsive and super comfortable for typing. The brown switch behind each key has just the right amount of resistence for me, that makes typing really enjoyable. I think with such comfortness alone, the keyboard worth 50+ bucks. And not to mention that there are gamer convenient programmable macro keys and LED keyboard light features. This mechanic keyboard at 50 bucks is definitely a bargain, especially with Cherry MX Brown Switches :). I am very pleased with my investment and glad that I took the advise from my friend :).Read full review

Well, what can I say? When I started my job in an office, I *had* to use my mechanical keyboard, like, literally had to. But Cherry MX Blues are really not suited for a business environment. I set out on looking for a non-gamer styled Cherry MX Brown board with macro functionality, and boy did I find one! I was a bit skeptical about getting a board from a company known for their console gaming peripherals - but the build quality is just immense for the price. The font on the keycaps is a little too much for the office too, and since this keyboard has a standard bottom row, I can use any keycap set I like! It cost me £5 for a standard ABS keycap set, and another £5 for some O-Rings to keep it nice and quiet. Damn, what a good combination, right? The braided cable has routing holes to come out of the left, right or back of the board for good cable management too. The typing experience is quite good, however not as good as my MasterKeys Pro S MX Blue edition, but hey, it's really freaking quiet. All in all, I would give this board a 8/10. The 2 points went due to the god awful logo inbetween the alphas and the tenkey, but some rubbing alcohol will do the trick I assume. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice and cheap mechanical board!Read full review
