Sunday tickets can now only be purchased at the box office on the day.

Grandstand Tickets for Sunday are not available.

RFID ticket only Event

Please note that this event will be an RFID Ticket only event. RFID (radio-frequency identification) allows for the most secure event access control in the industry. RFID allows for numerous features and extended functionality that a standard barcoded ticket cannot achieve

Please note that all orders placed from the 20th September onwards will be collect at Box Office on the day of your attendance. Activation's for box office collections will be done onsite at the time of collection. Please allow extra time for this

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Junior Admission: Under 16's are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult on all days.

Concession Tickets: These are available for customer who are aged between 16 and 21 or 60 and over, and for registered disabled customers only.


What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There will be onsite car parking at Close House adjacent to the course. Parking will be free of charge. Further information will be available closer to the event.

Grandstand Seats:

Please note that reserved seating in the magnificent 18th green grandstand will be limited to the weekend only, Saturday and Sunday tickets are priced at £15. Please note that all customers (including those under 16) who occupy a seat will require to purchase a grandstand seat.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No picnics / picnic hampers allowed

The use of mobile phones is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, where event signage will refer to them as “mobile phone zones”. Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however phones must remain on silent at all times. The use of any cameras, computers and other electronic equipment at the Tournament Thursday to Sunday is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. Cameras are allowed during the Pro Am on Wednesday.

Making or distributing broadcasts, commentary, news reports, data, results or statistics by any means in any format or media including any such by mobile phone or other wireless device is not permitted. Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded at the Tournament (including by CCTV), and consent to use of any such film, image or recording at the discretion of the promoter and/ or European Tour and their licensees and partners without compensation or notice.

No dogs (other than guide dogs) or other animals are permitted on the course. All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but not limited to, clothing, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, signs, safety announcements, directions of stewards and ground regulations whilst attending the Tournament. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to revoke this ticket and to eject the holder without compensation.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

RFID Tickets are non-transferable. Any transfer of this RFID ticket will render it void. The RFID ticket remains the property of the Tournament at all times.


Do I have to activate my RFID ticket before the event?

Yes, you will need to activate your RFID ticket prior to your arrival. You will receive your RFID ticket in the post 14 days before the event, this will contain all the relevant information you will need to be able to activate your tickets. Please note that all activations will need to be carried out prior to the event.

Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced


What is the refund policy?

All RFID ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
