I have encountered a problem with IKEA dishwasher sliding door kit. One, tiny plastic part broke and I was unable to fix it. I went to IKEA to try to get just the tiny plastic bit. I was told that spare parts for IKEA comes free posted to home address. I wasn't even asked to confirm that I have ever ordered anything from them.

Tiny plastics or metal shelf holder could be free. my own experiences. But when it comes to a broken mirror on a wardrobe. NO! says reciept needed which I forgot somewhere years ago. So maybe with receipt you could get spare parts for free.

Yea they're surprisingly good at it. I once got a kitchen stool in the reduced section because it didn't have the right feet pads, and after ringing them they just sent me some.

I went online and said my new bed was missing parts.
I selected all the parts from the online form, sides, top bottom, slats, bolts, nuts and frame. All the parts arrived and I now have a free bed, all that was required was assembly.
