I have been looking for a good price on this TV for a while as I am looking for a TV with built in Freeview HD & Freesat HD, and BT Shop has recently brought this down to 399.99, which makes them the cheapest beside Richer Sounds.
But they have a special Offer on certain LG TV's (incl. this one) giving you another 10% on top of the already discounted price. The code is SPRINGTV0417, valid until 10/04, and it brings the price down to £360. Postage to UK Mainland is 3.90 on top of that.
You can also get 4% Quidco on top of that, making it potentially less then £350. That's IMO a very good price. Most other places are still charging 449 for it right now.

I don't have Freesat, thus I need Freeview HD to work properly.
I have just set up the Samsung 40 inch replacement (KU6400). Much better. Colours more vibrant!

I have this exact TV, bought it from John Lewis for £449. It will be going back, swapping for the Samsung 40 inch instead.
At this price (£360), it's acceptable I suppose. But don't expect miracles.
a) This is an RGBW panel and I had wondered why the colours looked so dull on it, now I know why.
b) There is a stuttering on Freeview HD channels. The signal from a television mast will switch between 1080p and 1080i at times, there's some technical reason for it. When this happens there is a stutter, as if several frames are missing and it jumps to the next frame. I seem to be one of the only few people in the UK who have noticed this issue... there is one single review Amazon saying the same. I saw a forum thread from previous LG TVs and LG seem to not care about fixing it.
If you won't be doing a lot of Freeview HD watching and don't care about it being an RGBW panel, everything else about the TV is fine. Decent sound, IPS so good viewing angles, and it has all the catchup apps.
Wouldnt personally recommend - sent two units back due to clouding issues in each corner
The Samsung I bought had no such issues.
Not sure on the unit the OP has listed though

I got this one from sky accessories and it's a faulty one, screen are black after turn on once and it's a night mare to contact the customer service to get a replace, hope it's only me but remind the others if you want to buy something from sky accessories,it's impossible to reach them via phone!
And I'm still waiting for them to answer me about the replacement!
