Seller wasn't Amazon, I've got a watch on this item, this seems to be some individual probably not in the country because estimated delivery if ordering today (2nd July), is 21-30 July. They're back and available, just not sure about the risk of warranty issues though.

Not sure if it's that important but the below link found that some of these WD 8TB My Books have HGST Enterprise Drives in them. Obviously the enterprise drive *should* be more reliable.
Those were the earlier models and now that WD has a slower, cheaper 8tb 5400rpm drive they have switched to that so unless the seller has had stock sitting from last year or maybe early this year they will be WD drives. It looks like they use Red drives but possibly with TLER disabled.
