If you don't mind midnight blue, John Lewis have it for £119.94 - 4p cheaper and with the JL two-year guarantee.
My bad sorry - I though that there was white and pearl white?

Looks like Argos are nearly catching up with the competition. Only a week or so late this time. They do price match though but only on toys unfortunately.

They are showing stock of white now. Still not sure if I should return my unopened one from Tesco and buy from JL.
Have a blue one reserved at local Argos - will probably end up buying from Amazon

Immersive cinema sound, is it a theater or a tablet?
Cracks me up this kind of marketing nonsense. Let's be honest, it ain't ever gonna sound like a theatre is it?

How do you connect these to a TV given they don't have hdmi. Is there a USB to hdmi mhl type adapter? These available for couple of quid from eBay?
It's the only thing stopping me buying

Isn't that only if it's under £30?

My dad picked up one of these and I think the model said Lenovo A10-30 rather than A10-70 that Tesco are selling. Does anyone know the difference between the two?
Showing as £179.99 now at Argos, £179.95 at John Lewis, £119.99 at Tesco Direct still.

Yeh had a look, the A30 is the 1GB one, lower CPU and lower screen resolution. Told my dad to take it back. Hopefully the A70 comes back somewhere in stock at the lower price.

Finally got around to trying mine today. It's not bad considering I only paid £104.50. Its not Samsung quality and certainly not worth the £179.99 price tag and I question the10.1" screen size but for the money it seems just fine. Came with kitkat which am happy with. It found my smart tv faster than anything else I have and was easy to link to it from youtube. Installed Viber, Skype and Modbro which all work fine. The screen surface seems a bit like it has a coating on it to stop greasy fingerprints. Overall I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Certainly no issues with sound or wifi as others have mentioned.

The prices went back up a few days ago - the deal should've been expired awhile ago.

Bit more playing today and well impressed. For anyone who missed out keep looking for the price to come down again. Bought the £7.95 case from Amazon which fits perfect. Cases are a trade off between one that has a decent stand and one that is not too fat. This case is quite slim and the stand is a bit wobbly to be honest. It does stand up but is secured with a small magnet, same one that keeps the lid shut. It's not really strong enough but makes no difference in my case as the viewing angle isn't where I need it. If you push a little hard at the tablet the magnet comes undone and it falls flat. It's a better case than it is a stand but am keeping mine.
