We all love a bit of Gears of War and this seems the lowest it has been for a while. Can't go wrong at this price guys and dolls.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed going through this again. If you were a fan of the original then I would say pick it up for the Nostalgia. Sure games (and the Gears formula) have come along way since this was first released (even the sequels got tweaked to near perfection) but the real achievement this remaster has is its ability to evoke the same feeling you had when you first played it on 360.
As ever, a superb coop experience.
The 60fps MP has taken some getting used to though... sluggish weighty gunplay suited the 30fps lock of the 360 version - in my opinion.

34k kills on the original - 19k TDM kills on this one.
If you enjoyed Gears one then this one is perfect, there are a few issues but some of the major issues arent that bad now (crab walking, shooting where someone is going to be rather than where there are, host advantage plus others).
Get it!!!

depends on what you expect?
the original gears looked pretty on xbox and is only slightly better looking in this edition.but the online is where it looks and feels next gen.looks amazing and its got all the add ons and map packs.

That has been my current pi**er on Gears 3. KOTH. In the circle. Hear oppo running over to you. Aim just for when they emerge and pull trigger. Meanwhile they emerge, aim and one shot me! :confused:
